We checked right in at 4 pm when check in was. There were a ton of people waiting to check in. We walked into the lobby and the line was so far back. We waited about 30 min just to check in. Unfortunately they don’t offer any easier check or mobile check in. Furthermore, there were so many people clustered in the lobby the elevators were congested and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room, carrying all of our luggage with a 4 and 5 year old.

Waterpark was great, quiet and no lines. We always love the town and did as usual as our first visit in fall. Our room was just ok, needed to get both tub and sink unplugged as we discovered both drained vvvvvveeeerrrrryyyy slowly. Had to remind them multiple times that we were waiting for someone to come tend to them. Took 24 hours after our check in to address the problem. Also cobwebs on sink fixture, clearly showing no one had cleaned them in a long time. You can do better for prices you charge!

Advantages: closer to nearby shopping areas and restaurants, clean rooms, lots of options for activities within the hotel for the whole family. Water park was very spacious so finding chairs to set our stuff was easy and wait times weren’t bad at all. Disadvantages: bathroom was very small sink was outside of bathroom due to size limitation and there was no ventilation fan, WiFi only allows one device at a time to use free WiFi or else you can choose to pay for additional devices. Mattress was very firm and my fiancé woke up every morning with back pain. TV doesn’t have streaming service login options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
