First of all we were informed that all rooms on the first floor were booked but there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. The elevator is not working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and my husband has a heart condition. Then my husband asked for an extra pillow and the girl at the front desk didn’t even check she just said that they are all out. Very rude and unprofessional. The hotel is old and the rooms are not very updated but fairly clean although there are stains on the down blanket which grossed us out. Needless to say we will never stay here again!!

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool was very cold. Bed was so firm it was quite uncomfortable and the continental breakfast felt lacking compared to others (no yogurt, less bread options, processed egg patties and sausage patties daily rather than a scramble and bacon). Great stay for the value nonetheless

Place was a bit rundown looking said there was a whirlpool but it was no longer there. Was kind of disappointed in the beds mattress was pretty hard. The pool was pleasant but the room the pool was in was pretty cold. Can’t really say it was bad or good just kind of so so. I kind of expected better.

Horror show

Facilities were in deplorable conditions. Badly in need of updating and all over remodeling. Room was never updated and probably from the 70’s. Room was clean. Hallway light was burned out so darkness was prevalent. Hallway to room, concrete was moderately repaired and faulty. Entrance to facility from the street had no lighting and was very hard to turn into at night. Breakfast was ok. T

When we arrived first the lady that was on duty didn't know how to register our arrival because of the time (around 4 in the morning) she refuses service and we were liiking around for 3 hours... fortunately when we went back at 7 AM there was a different lady that gave us our room in no time and finally we had the chance to rest from our trip
