Excellent service. We had to add a day onto our stay due to illness and they accommodated us very well. I also appreciated the hot beverage station in the lobby -- always plenty of options, always fresh.

Check in was quick and friendly Room was spacious ,Bed was comfy Little dated. People staying above us must have been running a marathon, very thin walls can heat every step people take, every door slam Breakfast was okay At 930am, both keys to our rooms were deactivated checkout was a hours away. A key should not be deactivated until check out time or when the customer leaves.

Room needed to be cleaned, stains in the comforter and hair/debris on the sheets themselves. The carpet had also not been vacuumed nor the headboard wiped down. The elevator had a very strong odor of oil, and the hand sanitizing stations were either broken. Or had no sanitizer in them to disburse. The staff exuded a very “we have to be here” type of attitude which overpowered any sort of customer service.

Bed was old and sunk in, lights outside the room were so bright it kept the room lit up. Hallways smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was your typical fake food. Stain on bedding. On a lighter note the room was clean and staff was friendly.
