お風呂場に入る時の段差が高く感じた（高齢者には少しキツイかな）と思いました。風呂場•トイレは清潔感がありました。廊下が節電のためかな。暑かったです。

近くの飲食店の利用目的での宿泊でした。しかし地理に疎く、場所を女性フロント係におたずねしました。お店は少し離れていたことから、近隣の飲食店マップには載ってなかったのでネットで検索をし、道のりでの路地の広さや距離感、目印などを事細かにお伝えいただき夜道も不安なくたどりつけました。また説明の際の所作、言葉遣いはしっかり勉強をされておりホテルの品質を感じれました。

二人で泊まったのですが、ひとり分のタオルやスリッパなど、フロントから部屋まで運ばされて、びっくりしました。 1人分しか支払わないのなら、納得できますが、こちらは、二人分払ってるのですから、ホテルスタッフに、ちゃんとやってほしいです
