Located between Berry and Poitou, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, this renovated house offers an ideal starting point for exploring the region's treasures. Just 300 meters from the Creuse River, perfect for fishing (permit required) and swimming, you'll enjoy an exceptional natural setting a stone's throw from the village.
Nearby, discover the unique architectural heritage of Poitou, such as the Abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the charming village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin, recognized as one of the most beautiful in France. The house is also close to the town of Le Blanc, gateway to the Brenne Regional Natural Park, ideal for hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the typical landscapes of the "thousand lakes." This detached house features a garden, a front courtyard (not fenced), and a terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (with filter coffee maker), spacious living/dining room, a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), bathroom, and separate toilet.
