Independent gîte of 62m² on the ground floor and first floor. On the 1st level, we find the living room with kitchen open to the dining & lounge area, and separate toilet. This living room opens onto the 15m² terrace which is equipped with garden furniture with barbecue. Upstairs, two bedrooms are equipped with 4 90 cm beds (on request the beds can be modular in 180). The bathroom has an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet. The exteriors are being finished. To make your stay pleasant, charges and heating are included, the beds are made on your arrival. Laeticia & Frédéric welcome you to their gîte which they have completely renovated and equipped for your comfort. The pleasant terrace offers a panoramic view of nature and the surrounding countryside. Privileged location to radiate between city & countryside, between St-Etienne / Lyon & Pilat (St-Etienne: 8 km - Lyon 50km). This address is ideal for a "green" family vacation, a relaxing weekend for couples or a business trip.
