Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Sitzmöbel in Wohnung und Terrasse sehr unbequem.Diebstahl unserer beider,sehr gut gesicherten E-Bikes am Nachmittag während eines Ausflugs, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung, trotz Sicherheitstor und angeblicher Videoüberwachung. Keine Unterstützung zur Aufklärung seitens der Agentur.
