Set in the glorious and picturesque Périgord Vert, Dordogne; La Petite Maison is a charming 3 bedroom Gite with accommodation for 6 people. It is fully furnished in a traditional farmhouse style typical of the region and consists of 2 double, 1 single room with 2 bathrooms, a private garden and swimming pool.
Located in beautiful countryside, it is peaceful and quiet but not isolated, you are only minutes from the towns of Piégut-Pluviers (4km) and Nontron, (8km).
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Private garden and patio with external eating area, private 8x4 meter fenced swimming pool. Parking for 2 cars. Amenities include, boules, badminton, volleyball and an area for football.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Entering from the front door you will enter in the kitchen area, you will also see the patio doors that will leading into your private garden.
To the right of the kitchen, you will have access to 2 of the 3 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.
To the left of the kitchen you will enter the expansive living and dining area complete with a large traditional stone fireplace and wood burner.
The staircase in this room will take you up to the remaining bedroom that has an en-suite shower room.
Throughout the property you can enjoy the traditional wooded beams and stonework reflecting the building’s farmhouse origins.
