Appartement agréable mais la cuisine est à revoir. Les photos que l'on voit ne sont pas la réalité. Tout petit frigo (0m81x0m47) pour nous qui sommes restés 5 semaines on ne pouvait rien mettre. Pour avoir la lumiÚre au dessus du plan de travail il fallait débrancher le répartiteur de WiFi. Nous sommes désolés pour Nathalie qui est charmante mais pour des personnes qui restent plus d'une semaine ce n'est pas possible. Bien sur il y avait un congélateur dans la chambre mais on n'allait pas mettre les salades et les fruits dans le congélateur. Il faut changer les photos de l'annonce.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Mais l’annonce devrait prĂ©ciser qu’il n’y a pas de rĂ©serve d’eau et qu’en cas de coupure d’eau ( ce qui arrive assez souvent Ă  saint François) on aura pas d’eau dans l’appartement: cuisine, salle d’eau et wc! Pour un sĂ©jour de 4 jours si vous n’avez pas d’eau pendant 1 jour et demi c’est pas trĂšs cool, mĂȘme s’il y a des rĂ©serves de bouteilles d’eau!

Nathalie est « solaire », un vrai rayon de soleil en arrivant en Guadeloupe 😊 L’appartement est confortable et bien placĂ©, sans vis Ă  vis et au calme. L’anse des rochers propose une trĂšs grande piscine propre et bien entretenue. Il y a Ă©galement une petite plage trĂšs agrĂ©able dotĂ©e d’un resto qui propose Ă©galement une petite Ă©picerie, un dĂ©pĂŽt de pain et de la vente Ă  emporter (poulet, pizzas...) La rĂ©sidence est fermĂ©e et gardĂ©e donc c’est sĂ©curisant pour les enfants. L’appartement est dotĂ© d’un congĂ©lateur bien pratique au vu des fortes chaleurs et la climatisation essentielle 😊 Bref, Ă  recommander

Anse des Rochers pourrait laisser penser Ă  un club de vacances (piscine, plage de sable fin quasi privĂ©e puisque l'accĂšs est compliquĂ© pour les personnes exterieures, restaurant sur plage proposant mĂȘme les petits-dejeuners). Appartement pratique avec une terrasse agrĂ©able pour les repas. Peu de rĂ©seau dans l'appartement mais on peut aussi profiter des vacances pour dĂ©connecter! Une adresse Ă  retenir pour un nouveau sĂ©jour sur Grande-Terre.

Beau studio bien Ă©quipĂ© sur un site agrĂ©able et calme avec grande piscine, petit resto et belle plage. Il y a mĂȘme des chaises de plage fournies dans le studio. PropriĂ©taire sympathique. Accueil , bienveillance et adaptabilité sans faille de Nathalie! son appartement est tres agréable car meme s'il est ouvert, il n'y a pas de vis à vis direct! il est tres fonctionnel et les services de proximité au sein de la résidence facilite le quotidien (boulanger positionné le matin au pied de la résidence, petit food truck le soir pour manger sans se tracasser et petit restau au bord de la plage pour le plaisir de tous). Plage superbe et piscine incroyable. Vraiment cet appart est à considérer sans modération!!! A trÚs vite Nathalie
