Good value home.

We were 4 adults and 4 kids from Lehigh Valley, U.S, we spent 2 weeks at the home. We like the fact that it was a good size home, convenient located (close to the beach and the grocery store). Nice pool and porch.

Déception sur la localisation de la maison de vacances

L'annonce sur le site Abritel précise que la maison se trouve à 11mn à pied de la plage des raisins claires de St François or la maison se trouve à 15mn en voiture de cette plage. Voyageant en famille avec 3 enfants et 5 adultes, nous avons été obligé de louer une voiture supplémentaire

Grande maison en pleine campagne, avec jardin arboré et piscine très agréable, calme que le chant des coqs.Des points négatifs : la distance annoncée de la plage à 11 min à pieds, plutôt un temps en voiture, à pieds, il faut 1H.Pas de lumière dans l'une des salles de bain, très peu de pression aux robinets, machine à laver HS. Pas de couteaux pour tout le monde. Aucun retour du propriétaire après l'avoir informé de ces désagréments pendant notre séjour

Encore mieux que sur les photos! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle villa avec piscine ! Des notre arrivée nous avons été conquis tout est parfait pour passer un très bon moment en famille ou entre amis. La maison est bien équipée et l'extérieur avec la piscine est un grand plus! On y reviendra encore

Nous sommes retournés dans cette villa pour la 2e fois avec toujours autant de plaisir et M. Alex toujours aussi accueillant ! Son calme à la campagne de St-François est un plus avec un accès très rapide à la ville. Les personnes ne supportant pas le chant des coqs, s'abstenir ! Cette villa comporte une grande terrasse couverte qui vous permet de vivre quotidiennement dehors et de pouvoir profiter des oiseaux et colibris et de sa belle piscine. Les 3 chambres bénéficient d'une bonne literie et de quasiment sa propre salle d'eau. Petit bémol pour la vaisselle qui manque un peu mais si chaque vacancier remplaçait ce qu'il casse... Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si nous avons l'opportunité de nous rendre de nouveau dans cette belle île de Guadeloupe.

Conforme à l'annonce sur Abritel

Accueil fait par Marie José très chaleureux. Par contre le niveau de propreté particulièrement au niveau de la cuisine pas au top. Belle piscine éclairée le soir dont nous avons bien profité. Le jardin est bien verdoyant et aucun bruit à part les chants des coqs mais c'est normal la villa se situe en campagne. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir en famille nous penserons à la Villa Valentino

Je suis ravie de cette location. Nous étions en famille avec un enfant de 2 ans. Cette maison est idéale et la sécurité autour de la piscine est top à aucuns moments je le suis inquiété pour la sécurité de mon fils. Le jardin est clos. La location correspond bien aux photos. Superbes vacances en famille. Si je dois relouer c est dans cette maison que je veux revenir.

Belle villa , la piscine au sel est très bien , très propres. Les photos correspondent bien. Le propriétaire et Marie José répondent rapidement si besoin. L'environnement est très agréable et calme. Il faudrait juste des moustiquaires pour les lits. Je recommande cette location.

Très déçu par la villa qui n'était pas adaptée pour un fauteuil roulant comme indiqué sur le descriptif. On nous vente une villa équipée pour 8 personnes mais le nombre de chambres n'y est pas ! 2 personnes ont dormi sur la mezzanine car la 4 ème pièce faisait 4/5 M2 au plus sans fenêtre. Pas de vaisselle pour 8. Salles de bain très salles. On cherche encore la douche italienne. Pas d'eau au lavabo chambre douche. Quartier tres bruyant (4 chiens qui ne cessent d'aboyer et des coqs qui chantent toute la nuit).Le petit déjeuner du 1er jour très light. (Une brioche, un paquet de café, un pot de confiture). Au moment de partir les propriétaires voulaient nous faire payer 2 fois le ménage. Pas sérieux. Cette maison ne correspond absolument pas au descriptif du site. Je ne recommande pas cette location pour une personne handicapée. Rien n'est prévu pour.
