La Paix / Peace

Nous avons séjouné à cette location en Janvier 2019. Tout était exactement comme dans la description. Nous étions très avantageusement situés près du Boulanger, du Superette et de la mer. Tout pour décrocher et se reposer ! We have stayed there in January 19. All was exactly like the description of the apartment. We were really well located near the Bakery, the small grocery store and the sea. We really enjoyed and relaxed !

Very happy with this condo, nearby beach, and St. Francois

Lovely, clean, well-equipped and in a nice location. Best bakery anywhere is nearby. St. Francois is a great base for activities, but nothing on the island is very far with a car, which is necessary. We could have had a more thorough welcome and explanation of the property upon arrival, or more complete written instructions. I recommend this property and would stay there again. Guadeloupe is clean, safe, and beautiful with lots of helpful people, but some French language is necessary. Hardly anyone speaks English.

Superbe séjour

Très bel appartement.Parfaitement équipé et très propre avec une belle terrasse.Il est également très bien localisé car il possède un accès direct à la plage. Commerces à proximité ( boulangerie, restaurants, bar, épicerie) qui touchent la résidence donc on peut y accéder à pieds.Résidence sécuritaire car accès avec badge. Et très bon accueil par Marine lors de notre arrivée.Je recommande vivement.

À 2 pas de la plage !

Beau logement avec belle vue. Toutes les commodités et à 2 pas de la plage ! À proximité d'un bon petit restaurant, d'une supérette et d'une excellente boulangerie ! L'accueil de Marine est très efficace ! Très bon choix à St-Francois !

Superbe séjour à St-François!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans le condo de Jean! Une localisation optimale, tout près de la plage, avec des commodités à proximité nous permettant de relaxer pleinement pour nos vacances. Accueil chaleureux, communication fluide et généreuse, et logement comprenant tout le nécessaire; je recommande chaudement! Grand merci Jean et Dominique! :)

Un séjour de rêve

Appartement très fonctionnel et tres bien équipé. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied (vraiment tres proche) et 2 piscines (dont une pour enfants) font le bonheur de toute la famille. Boulangerie, restaurants, épicerie sont aussi dans le complexe. Nous conseillons fortement la location de cet appartement!

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un mois formidable ! L’appartement est très bien situé et confortable, tout y est pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du site avec la vue sur la plage et la mer. Pâtisserie, épicerie, restaurants, salon de beauté sont à quelques pas de l’appartement. Facile de se déplacer à pied pour visiter les marchés, la marina et boutiques de St-François. Merci au proprio et à la gérante sur place pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

J'ai été très satisfaite du logement , Marine et Éric nous ont très bien accueillis.

Ce logement est très agréable, bien ventilé et bien situé. A proximité une boulangerie excellente ainsi que la pizzeria. Résidence très calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est au TOP à tout point de vue. Bien aménagé, propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque dans la location. Tout a été parfait! l'emplacement bien situé avec très bons restaurants à proximité et super boulangerie à quelques pas. St-François est un emplacement idéal pour une première visite en Guadeloupe. Les hôtes et la gérante de location très disponibles!

Très bon séjour

J'ai trouvé l'appartement encore mieux que sur les photos. Très propre, agréable, bien ventilé. L'emplacement est génial. Restaurants, boulangerie et supérette juste à l'entrée de la résidence. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants en bas âge, un lit parapluie, et un rehausseur de chaise sont mis à disposition. Deux piscines à l'intérieur de la résidence dont un bassin pour les plus petits. Bref, parfait pour des vacances en famille.

À quelques pas de la plage

Appartement très calme au dernier étage. L'immense terrasse donnant sur la mer est parfaite. Une grande table permet d'y prendre ses repas en admirant la mer. L'installation d'une citerne a réglé le problème passé d'approvisionnement en eau. On y retourne!

Très agréable séjour

La résidence est bien située et sécurisée (boulangerie, snack, piscine et plage à 2 pas). L'appartement est bien aménagé et équipé. La réserve d'eau est très utile, avec les nombreuses coupures d'eau à St François. Se lever, prendre son petit déjeuner au son des vagues est plus qu'agréable. Un grand MERCI aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et réactivité : Malgré la distance, notre souci de WI-FI, s'est réglé en une journée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Emplacement idéal

Super emplacement pour découvrir Grande Terre. La résidence est calme. Le fait d’être au 2ème étage est agréable. La boulangerie et l’épicerie sont à l’entrée de la résidence ce qui est aussi un plus.

Un séjour au top!

Quel bonheur que cet appartement au deuxième étage avec grande terrasse couverte et vue partielle sur la mer… La plage au pied de la résidence (avec un bar de plage sympa), la boulangerie la meilleure de Saint Francois à côté, une épicerie également… Le tout entre Saint Francois et l’anse des Rochers, une côte que l’on peut parcourir à pied sans relâche vers l’ouest comme vers l’Est... Nous avons passé vraiment un excellent séjour dans les deux chambres climatisées et le canapé-lit du salon (non climatisé mais en décembre janvier c’est impeccable) de cet appartement. Pas de petites bestioles, pas un seul moustique! Tous les ustensiles et les appareils étaient impeccables, et la cuve de réserve a permis d’éviter les coupures d’eau qui arrivent parfois sur Saint Francois. Le propriétaire est un amour, toujours aux petits soins même très tôt le matin ! Quant à Nathalie sur place, elle est irréprochable. Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances de Noël : nous avions besoin de nous Retrouver en famille et d’oublier cette horrible période de Covid !🙏👍🏼

Séjour magnifique

On a passé un très agréable séjour en Guadeloupe malgré les coupures d'eau assez fréquentes Mais c'est un problème général en Guadeloupe.. L' appartement, la résidence, on la connaissait déjâ, est parfait. Vue sur la mer, le meilleur boulanger de l' ile, un vrai paradis. Rien ne manquait, l'appartment est comme décrit avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous reviendrons!
