Le 7 au matin, j’ai perdu les clĂ©s de ma voiture. À l’intĂ©rieur de l’hĂŽtel. Je me suis rendu Ă  l’accueil je suis tombĂ© sur le responsable aux alentours de 8h du matin pas du tout agrĂ©able. Elle ne m’a donnĂ© aucun coup de main Ă  rechercher mes clĂ©s, j’ai demandĂ© un visionnage vidĂ©o ça m’a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ© je suis une personne handicapĂ©e j’étais tellement contrariĂ© que j’ai abrĂ©gĂ© mon sĂ©jour Sans demander un remboursement de la nuit suivante que je devais passer
