Ponsfords first French holiday for 3 yeras

The property was not quite what I had envisaged from the pictures in the advertisement but was generally very good. The bedrooms were different from what I expected but happily suited our family sleeping arrangements / different branches of the same family require thought when arranging sleeping accommodation. The location was exactly as indicated and the view from the main house and terrace/patio was splendid. Being so close to the center of St Gilles was a bonus. The 14 days of wall-to-wall sunshine made the whole holiday. The agent seeing us in and out of the property was most attentive. We would be happy to return to this property.

Belle maison avec un super emplacement

Nous avons passé 4 jours à 8 adultes dans la maison pour Noël. La maison est très bien équipée.La terrasse avec vue sur mer est trés agréable, même l'hiver.

Super maison , vue sur la mer, parfait

Il ne manquait rien, l’agencement est idéal et l’emplacement très bien, la circulation devant n’est pas gênante, nous reviendrions volontiers. La haie pourrait juste être taillée 10 a à 15 cm plus courte pour voir les bateaux rentrer dans le port lorsque l’on est assis à la terrasse. Belles vacances ,MERCI

Annonce non conforme

Malgré un emplacement en face de la plage (mais qui a son lot de contraintes : bruit la nuit, passage des voitures, l endroit est assez bruyant) nous avons surtout subit de nombreux désagréments. Le 1er, même pas encore rentres dans le logement, la conciergerie nous informe que le sèche linge est en panne et pas réparable car 15 ans d age. Apres un contact rapide avec le propriétaire, fort désagréable des le mot bonjour,celui ci a refusé de faire quoi que ce soit. La conciergerie nous a apporté un tanquarville pour faire sécher le linge mais à 8 dans un logement avec un petit séchoir quand il pleut toute la semaine, pas très pratique ! Mais le pire a été notre surprise quand un logement indique comme accessible en fauteuil roulant dans l annonce se trouve avoir 3 marches à chacune des entrées du logement. Certes, l annexe est de plain-pied mais la cuisine et le salon salle à manger se trouvent dans la maison principale. Heureusement pour nous notre fils se déplace en fauteuil manuel, il a donc fallu porter environ 100kg à chaque fois qu on sortait du logement. Ce qui aurait été impossible pour un fauteuil électrique ou même un adulte seul avec u La personne en fauteuil roulant. Une honte ! Le choix de ce logement avait bien entendu etait fait par rapport a cette accessibilité. La cuisine quant à elle est bien équipée mais la grandeur des casseroles et poêles n est pas adaptée a l accueil de 8 personnes. La conciergerie est par contre très a l ecoute, rien à redire sur leur service. Logement a fuir si vous êtes en fauteuil ou si vous cherchez la tranquillité. Plutot adapté à 6 personnes maximum.

Seconde expérience dans cette location, divisée en 2 parties. Idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants. Bien située face à la plage mais à 1.3 kms du centre-ville. Location très bien équipée. Emplacement pour 2 voitures dans la cour. A conseiller.

Merveilleux

Emplacement exceptionnel et accueil très attentionné. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée (il ne manquait que les couteaux à huitres, que nous avons acheté et laissé), les chambres ont beaucoup de charme. Avec une météo changeante, la maison s'adapte à tous les temps. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, très confortables

La maison arrière est un peu vieillotte et la VMC est sous calibrée . La maison principale est agréable; sa situation connue est pratique presque sur la plage et en face du club de voile. L'inconvénient c'est la route de la corniche très passante, animée et la fréquentation parfois nocturne d'estivants bruyants sur la plage; chaque médaille a son revers!

Maison très bien située , le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. La route devant la terrasse ne nous a pas gêné. Maison fonctionnelle ( très belle cuisine toute neuve !) . Très belle vue devant la maison . De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis . Maison conseillée pour les vacances.
