Perfect!

We had the best time! It was a clean and beautiful villa, perfect for my little family of 4. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful - making our trip a breeze. The golf cart quit on us one day, and the timeliness of their response/help was 10/10. Definitely one of the best experiences we have had and we would definitely book here again! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Fantastic Fripp Rental

The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Wonderful view, and having the golf cart and pool were such great amenities! One of the best parts, though, was how helpful and responsive the owner Lori and the property manager Angie were. We were visiting right around a hurricane, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Couldn’t recommend renting from them more!

Great place to go that is not crowded like Hilton Head

My wife and I had a great stay and the view from the balcony was as advertised and watching the sunrise was the best part of being there. Also having a golf cart included was a plus. We are already planning our next trip back.

Spring Break Trip

We stayed at the condo for a quick spring break trip and absolutely loved it! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw numerous dolphins! The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 guests. We would definitely come back!

The property was lovely, as described, but the condo was not clean. Surfaces yes, underneath furniture, etc., no. Very few friendly amenities. When we arrived the door was open and there was a laundry bag from the previous renters to greet us and unfinished laundry in the washing machine. Everything else was great!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The Villa was very clean, the pool on site was perfect for little kids, and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Anytime I had a question before or during the stay the communication was prompt and courteous. My son learned how to play chess and backgammon with the games provided during little sister’s nap time. The extra beach towels provided were a nice touch for afternoon pool trips when the morning beach towels were still wet. The ocean view was wonderful. The only downside was you could hear the guests upstairs at night which was difficult for light sleepers. The property manager was very prompt with advice for that situation and it was settled. If you have a bad back, the master bed was much more comfortable without the mattress toppers. The golf cart at the condo was very convenient not having to go to the marina at check in. It was overall a perfect vacation week!

Memorial Week Stay

While the weather was not so good during my sister's and my stay, we loved the location and the view. The Condo was well equipped and the property manager and owner were very helpful. The only thing other than better weather that would have made it better was to have an outside grill on the property for use.

Fantastic location with great views!

One of our favorite rentals at Fripp so far! Very clean, convenient, excellent location with fantastic amenities. The golf cart was very useful getting to our favorite access. Would highly recommend!

Rare Condo with Elevator on Fripp

Fripp is a beautiful, quiet resort that is mostly single family homes. I travel with an elderly, disabled parent and this unit was a godsend. Very close to the elevator and there's close parking with a pull out to drop her off. Definite plus to have the golf cart included. Amenity cards are offered - get them; you'll need them. The second bedroom does not have a closet and is strictly for small children. Lovely inlet view and you will see dolphins!

Amazing view

Southern hospitality and helpful communication right from the start with the hosts. Property was a great place for my parents to enjoy the beauty of Fripp while getting the rest they need. Well equipped kitchen. Can’t say enough about the view. Very relaxing and enjoyed by all!
