Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off window AC's
Empty Dishwasher
Please tidy up after stay by vacuuming, wiping, disinfecting, doing laundry, making beds, and your cleaning fee can be refunded.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Stays over 14 nights are not allowed without prior agreement and written permission from the host in advance of a regular or instant booking.
Quiet time is between 10:30pm and 7:30am where music volume and voice decibel levels are kept low to respect neighbors and the area.
Cleaning fee can be refunded if performing the outlined cleaning. Take pictures and we can verify and issue a refund for the cleaning fee.
