Très déçu. Nous avions réservé une chambre d'hôtel, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un minuscule appartement en face. Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes donc nous avons eu un grand lit double collé un lit une personne et l'autre lit coincé dans la kitchenette. Pour la 4ème douche plus d'eau chaude, nous n'avions pourtant en aucun cas abusé ! Nous devions avoir la wifi, canal+, sèche cheveux.... rien de tout ça. Sans compté que comme nous étions au premier étage nous avons eu les bruits la nuit des gens qui rentraient chez eux .

La Rotonde is a decent enough hotel for people on a tight budget. It was closed when I arrived mid-afternoon, so I found myself in a beach-side bar for 90 minutes until a hotel employee let me in. There had been a telephone number for reception but no-one answered my call. The staircase to my room was dark and poky and didn't bode well, but the room itself was spacious and cool, the beds were large and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel restaurant offered, mostly, pizzas. My calzone was delicious, the house red was drinkable, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was standard fare. The hotel is close to bus line 8 which serves the Intra Muros of St Malo and is, therefore, convenient for cross channel foot passengers. There are several nearby bars, and the long sandy beaches are lovely.

Quirky in a nice way

This hotel was quirky, yes it had a few faults but nothing that could not be forgiven. We had a enjoyable stay its close to the beach, the staff where very friendly and we had clean towels every day. OK the free WiFi did drop out a few times but we are on holiday who cares if you have to wait a bit. We did eat in the restaurant twice and the food was really good To sum up we would stay there again and would recomend

Nuit en famille

Une nuit en famille dans une chambre pour 5 ! Parfait : 2 grands lits et 1 petits et literie au top. Une grande salle de bain et un salon à part avec une 2ème TV. Accueil sympathique et hotel très très calme. L'emplacement est idéal à 100 mètres du front de mer, superbe.
