The fully equipped, functional kitchen opens onto the dining room, complete with a fireplace. Extending from the dining area, you'll find the inviting living room, perfect for sharing moments together. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a convertible sofa and a private shower room. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage. Two bedrooms have a 140x190 bed. The third bedroom, with bunk beds and a desk, is ideal for children. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. The linen kit includes bed linen plus one large and one small towel per person. The villa is suitable for a maximum of six adults plus two children. As Villa Kastelluce is semi-detached, guests are requested to respect the neighbors after 11 PM. The pool is open and heated from May 1 to September 30.
