Cosy house in Breton style with beautiful natural garden

Very cute property with enough space for two adults and a dog. Great natural garden and parking space right in front. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything possibly needed. Rooms decorated very lovingly and immediately felt welcome. Walking distance to a beautiful long sand beach. Provides central location to explore the Côtes d’Armor.

Hübsches Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Strandes

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Der Garten ist umzäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage sehr genossen.

Süßes Haus mit Einschränkungen

Das kleine Häuschen ist geschmackvoll renoviert mit einem schönen Garten und liegt in einem netten, kleinen eher ruhigen bretonischen Ort. Jedoch ist das Haus im Inneren ziemlich dunkel und es riecht sehr unangenehm feucht, was sich in allem festsetzt u.a. in den Handtüchern und der Bettwäsche vor Ort. In der Überschrift steht "80m zum Strand"- das stimmt definitiv nicht, es sind 200m. Den Meerblick gibt es auch nicht. Der Sandstrand ist sehr weitläufig und nicht sehr touristisch, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Waschmaschine und Wasserkocher haben nicht funktioniert, die Besitzerin hat sich aber recht zügig um Ersatz bemüht.

Lovely little house close to the beach

Lovely little house, perfectly situated - close to the beach and village but quiet. Very nice interior and lovely decorated with the landladys art. Nice garden with fence, perfect for our two dogs. Long and tidy beach @ Saint Michel en Greve, which we had to ourself most of the time. Absolutely recommended!

Ferien mit Hund

Sehr schönes altes Haus mit großem Naturgarten. Ideal für Ferien mit Hund, Garten ist sicher eingezäunt. Ruhig gelegen, benachbarte Schule ist kaum wahrzunehmen. Vermieterin spricht hervorragend Deutsch und ist sehr bemüht falls Probleme auftreten.Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Graziosa casetta vicinissima al mare

Piccola casetta su due livelli arredata con gusto. Al piano superiore le 2 camere da letto accessibili con scala di legno non comoda per tutti. Il giardino bello ma una parte di erba non tagliata troppo alta ne limita l’utilizzo. Manca la lavastoviglie ma per il resto è completa di tutto. Privacy garantita. Comoda anche x cani. Posizione ottima vicinissima allla bellissima spiaggia. Utile spostarsi con propria auto per acquisti anch’io di prima necessità. Il paese offre l’essenziale.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Haus hält was es verspricht. Es ist mit Kunst dekoriert und wunderschön eingerichtet! Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse im Zentrum. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Für Ausflüge an die Cote Granit Rose ist das Haus sehr geeignet. Auch ist ein Stadtstrand fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt versteckt und ruhig! Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Unsere Hunde konnten sich hier austoben, sei es nur um jederzeit jeden auzubellen;-). Besuch von Morlaix lohnt sich! Es gibt kleine Halb-Inseln in der Nähe, die man auf einem Rundweg ablaufen kann. Es gibt überall ausgeschilderte Küstenwege. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben viel gesehen. Die Granit Rose ist traumhaft schön und lässt sich wunderbar ablaufen! Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Quartier und die Gastfreundschaft!

Gemütliches Haus mit schönem Garten

Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet, bei gutem Wetter kann man es sich im Garten bequem machen. Das Dorf mit Epicerie und Bar ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso das Meer. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Veldig hyggelig lite hus i fredelige omgivelser. Det var varmt da vi var der, men huset holdt seg svalt og godt. Det var veldig rent og velholdt, kort vei til stranden og mange fine steder like i nærheten.

Schöne Bretagne, sehr nette Gastgeber

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Deren Tochter spricht fließend deutsch, was für uns sehr von Vorteil war. Sie waren beide super lieb und haben uns ganz viele Tipps für tolle Ausflüge gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Hunde haben den umzäunten Garten geliebt, besonderes dem Hortensienbusch neben der Tür. Dort war es besonderes kühl und schattig ;-) Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit

Détente et Ressource

La maison correspond 100% à la description et aux photos, en prime les chants des oiseaux et le ruisseau qui passe au bord du terrain en apportant un petit fond sonore propice à la détente. Notre hôtesse très discrète et très agréable nous a réceptionnée avec des crêpes maison !! La proximité avec la plage est réelle, quelques pas et nous voilà!! Lieu idéal pour tous ceux/celles qui souhaitent passer um bon moment.

Bretagne-Erlebnis 2022

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es befindet sich am Ende einer romantischen Strasse, eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Garten. Der Weg zum Strand - 6 Minuten Weg - führt über einen kleinen Steg über einen Bach. Wir haben uns dort rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt im Haus und im Garten genossen. Location située dans un très bel endroit

Jolie petite maison idéalement située dans un joli village et près de la plage. Jardin très agréable et ensoleillé. Propriétaire accueillante. Region magnifique. Plage magnifique à 2 mn à pied de la maison où les chiens sont acceptés jusqu'au 1er mai. Nous sommes venus avec 2 chiens qui en ont profité autant que nous. Super vacances !!!!! On reviendra !

Beautiful fall!

We had a great time at the small cottage. The house included everything you could ask for (from kitchen equipment to laundry machine). Most of all it’s beautiful interior made it possible to spend the evenings in a warm comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed the quite and lonely time!

Das kleine Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten war sehr ordentlich, sauber, stilvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, immer erreichbar und spricht ein sehr gutes deutsch. Bei wunderschönem sonnigen Wetter im Oktober haben wir mit Hund die Strände der Bretagne genossen und uns wunderbar erholt. Vielen Dank Familie Brose!

Jederzeit gerne wieder !

Das feine kleine Haus, mit Garten und 80m zum Strand - stimmt alles und die Bilder in der Objektbeschreibung geben die Realität 1:1 wieder. Marie Christine (die Besitzerin), eine sehr sympathische und herzliche Dame, begrüßte uns mit Cidre und frischen Birnen aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Einweisung ins Haus war kurz und präzise und dank einem guten Englisch problemlos. Marie Christine wohnt gegenüber - somit in unmittelbarer Nähe falls benötigt. Das Haus ist mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (z.B. sind die Lichtschalter sind mit Tapete überzogen und die Griffe der Schiebetüren in den Schlafzimmern in der passenden Farbe zu den Tapeten bemalt) ansonsten ist Marie Christine eine Künstlerin und hat einige Werke im Haus integriert - sehr schön! Die Küche ist funktional gestaltet und ausgestattet - zum Knacken von Hummern und Krabben sammelt man einfach einen Rosa Granit Stein an der Küste und schon kommt man an die Leckereien ran ;-)! Das einzige was uns (sehr wahrscheinlich sind wir zu verwöhnt) gefehlt hat, war ein Trockner! Wie schon andere Gäste erwähnt haben ist Saint Michel en Grève im alten Teil ein schöner Ort. Ansonsten gab es wohl in der Vergangenheit bessere Zeiten - hiervon zeugen zwei Hotels die den Betrieb eingestellt haben und langsam verfallen. Eine Épicerie (frisches Baguette, Gemüse und Obst), eine Bar mit Restaurant und Tabak sowie eine Creperie befinden sich im Ort. Ca. 5km entfernt ist die Auberge Saint Jean - sehr nett und leckere Küche. In 8km Entfernung ist ein großer Super U Supermarkt - hier gibt es alles was man für leckere Mahlzeiten benötig. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit und die Côte D’Amor und das Haus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Falls es uns in der Zukunft wieder in diesen Teil der Bretagne zieht werden wir gerne Versuchen das Haus erneut zu Buchen. Viele Grüße aus Wiesbaden - Birgit und Michael

Ein altes bretonisches Steinhaus, liebevoll renoviert

Marie Christine hat ihr altes Steinhäuschen innen liebevoll renoviert. Das Bad mit einer ebenerdig, großen Dusche, in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin. Die Schlafzimmer in der 1. Etage sind hell und einladend. Der Garten ist teils wild und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La propriété est tout à fait conforme aux photos et au descriptif de l’annonce, le jardin est de bonne taille avec un joli massif d’hortensias. Charmantes Feriendomiziel

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem kleinen aber sehr feinen Häuschen. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschackvoll. Der natürlich angelegte und eingezäunte Garten lud zur Erholung und Entspannung fūr uns und unseren Hund ein. Zu erwähnen ist auch die besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber.

Liebevolles Bretagnehaus

Das kleine Häuschen im Zentrum von Saint-Michel-en-Greve liegt in einem kleinen grünen Garten direkt neben einem flüsternden Bachverlauf. Wie die Bilder im Inserat bereits versprechen, ist das Haus liebevoll und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und einer Flasche Cidre empfangen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, aber in einer unaufdringlichen Art und Weise. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Im kleinen Kräutergarten am Haus durften wir uns nach Herzenslust zum Kochen bedienen. Der Ort selbst ist aus seinen Glanzzeiten heraus und etwas verschlafen. Allerdings gibt es eine gut bestückte Epicerie, in der man täglich frisches Baguette, Obst, Gemüse und alles andere für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen kann. Zum Strand hin, muss man nur die Straße heruntergehen und ist tatsächlich nach ca. 80m da. Hunde dürfen eigentlich nur in einen entfernten abgetrennten Bereich an den Strand. Solange man sich jedoch morgens oder abends mit Hund in andere Bereiche wagt, sagt niemand etwas. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir während der französischen Sommerferien dort waren, hat es auch nicht gestört direkt neben einer Schule zu sein. Wir können das Haus voll und ganz empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir selbst noch einmal dort Urlaub machen können.
