Les prestations reçues ne correspondent pas avec les prestations annoncées sur votre site

- Arrivée sans problème. - Mais la terrasse n'est pas du tout celle annoncée : fauteuils plastique et non en rotin,table et chaises en bois, branlantes, changées seulement au bout de 3 semaines de séjour. - Une gouttière sur le demi-toit de la terrasse empêche d'accéder à celle ci quand il pleut, d'autant que la baie vitrée est bloquée à gauche et ne peut s'ouvrir que du côté gouttière, à droite. - Seuil de terrasse de 35 cm de hauteur, très dangereux , avec décalage de hauteur entre appartement et terrasse - poignée de baie vitrée cassée et sautant chaque fois qu'on ouvre cette fenêtre - Rideaux de chambre pas très nets - Baignoire-douche en angle, sous un pan de toiture, très limite quand on est un homme de 1,80m...avec une vidange qui se faisait très très mal..donc saleté restant collée aux parois de baignoire. - Télévision du bas marchant très mal et uniquement sur les chaînes de 1 à 7 de Canal+. -Télévision du haut ne marchant pas du tout ...Par contre bailleur très sympathique et essayant de faire au mieux. Donc, vu le prix demandé pour 30 jours 2800€, les prestations ne correspondent pas à la publicité sur votre site et sont un peu decevantes. J'ai pris de nombreuses photos pour avérer mes propos. Nous sommes très satisfait d'avoir choisi cet appartement. Celui-ci est très bien situé très propre et fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires. De plus l'accueil de Françoise a été très chaleureux, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. A recommander

Très bien !

Très bon accueil (merci Françoise ;-) ) , appartement très bien situé, spacieux, belle déco et une terrasse orientée plein nord (ben oui, c'est l'hémisphère sud ;-)) et avec vue sur la mer ! Juste une remarque : il faudrait vérifier la toiture car par grand vent elle fait énormément de bruit. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très bien situé: à 10 min à pied du centre, 5 min de la plage. Appartement bien équipé, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis.

Cet appartement à St-Pierre constitue une "base" idéale permettant de rayonner dans l'île; en choisissant un appartement, aussi agréable , sécurisant que celui-là, cela permet de vraiment récupérer de la chaleur ambiante - 30° et plus parfois!!- et donc de profiter pleinement de son séjour. En plus, agnès est une hôtesse accueillante et connaît bien La Réunion. Je reviens de cette escapade ravie et conquise..
