The flat has been completely restored in 2020 (renovation, new and insulating windows, blinds, floors and ceilings); view on the sea, the beach of Fréjus, the massif and the coast of the Moors from the living room and the balcony; right in the city centre in the golden triangle, and on the old port of Saint Raphaël; new reversible air-conditioning very quiet; completely renovated, furnished and equipped. One bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 80cm LED screen television, internet access with wifi, and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 50 m away; balcony equipped for meals overlooking the promenade of Armenia; all shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity.

Un appartement très bien placé., proche de la gare et des commerces. Accueil chaleureux, les propriétaires disponibles et arrangeants. Ils nous ont accordé un départ tardif car notre TGV partait à 15h, nous avons pu profiter maximum de la plage .

Les procédures d arrivée et de départ sont parfaites et la localisation pour tout faire à pied aussi. Dommage que l on ne dise pas que l escalier d accès est loin d être bon. Et puis à l'intérieur de l appartement il est très difficile de se poser tellement il y a de babioles et autres objets des propriétaires. Pas de place pour les locataires.

L'appartement est tres bien meublée avec tout ce quil faut, agreable a vivre,assez spacieux. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Beaucoup de chose a faire a pied (la voiture na pas bougé) seul bemol c'est difficile de trouver une place.

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et du centre ville (ainsi que de la gare).Vraiment idéal pour passer des vacances sans avoir besoin de voiture.Pas de soucis particulier avec le bruit extérieur,petit balcon bien agréable pour le petit déjeuner.Bref ajoutez à cela l’accueil très sympa de Claire et vous pourrez profiter de tous les atouts de ce logement climatisé !À recommander

Super rapport qualité/prix

Appartement très agréable et hyper bien situé. Pas besoin de voiture on a tout fait à pied! Il manque un peu de rangement (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Sinon rien à redire, j'avais vu les avis à propos du bruit mais même fenêtre ouverte le bruit n'est pas du tout dérangeant.
