For shared use: park 210 ha, 5 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 03.Nov.). Children's pool, boccia, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: spa area (extra), shopping facilities, laundry (extra). Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "Ligne 21" 300 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël-Valescure - Agay" 9 km, sandy beach "Le Pourrousset" 800 m. Marina 1 km, golf course (9 hole) 300 m, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Anthéor 8 km, Saint-Raphaël 9 km, Fréjus 13 km, Cannes 33 km, Saint-Tropez 50 km, Nice 76 km.
