For shared use: natural state property, natural pond, swimming pool (23 x 15 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 180 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 6 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 5 km.
