The Villa Archipel is a typical Charentaise house that can accommodate up to 14 travellers. Located in the city center, quiet and surrounded by greenery, it is an ideal place to enjoy with family, friends or in a professional setting (fiber wifi)
The villa was completely renovated in 2023 to offer you the best comfort. It offers 6 bedrooms with double beds (it is possible to make 2 single beds in 2 bedrooms if needed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with WC.
Housing
A living-dining-kitchen area of 70m2 will allow you to meet up with family or friends.
In addition, you can enjoy the garden with its terrace and summer kitchen with barbecue, its pétanque court and of course its 10-meter swimming pool for doing a few lengths or lounging by the water. The pool can be heated.
The beaches of Saint-Palais, Royan, Saint George de Didonne are all 15 minutes away by car. Nearby in the village you have access to all amenities: Intermarché 7 minutes on foot and 2 minutes from the pharmacy, newsagent, bakery...
The marshes with the oyster beds are barely 10 minutes away by car!

Each room has a desk allowing you to work if necessary and a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings.
