"We had a wonderful stay at the BeauSite Hotel Zermatt to celebrate our special occasions. From the very beginning, the transport pickup and check-in process were seamless. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the majestic Matterhorn—truly unforgettable. On our first night, we dined at The Grill and were thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. A special thanks to Pierre, who looked after us with such friendliness and professionalism. Overall, our experience at BeauSite Hotel was top-notch. "L’hôtel est bien placée. Et la chambre était très belle. Par contre, nous avons refusé de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel car nos enfants (moins de 7 ans) devaient payer le prix adulte. Jamais vu cela. Même chose pour le sauna et autres. Adulte et enfants devaient payer des gros suppléments pour avoir le droit d’utiliser les infrastructures. Finalement, si on voulait bénéficier du confort d’un 4*… cela dépassait le prix habituellement demandé pour un 4 étoiles. "
