Nice view. Few lights that worked in the room and AC didn’t seem to work. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. Restaurant is excellent. Price point for the stay was a bit high.

The location is super convenient and the restaurant was one of the best in this neighborhood, really. Unfortunately, the room was not in a good condition. The bathroom drain is clogged. There were five flies in the room which I had no idea how they got in.

It was in a great location, lovely looking out over the beach in the morning, and going for walks on the beach & boardwalk. The bed was comfortable; pillows were hard. The bathroom and bedroom were a bit "tired" looking, and walls were very thin. We had very loud neighbours on either side of our room. I suspect they had been drinking but it sounded like they were banging into the walls at 11pm at night!

Todo bien, frente al río Dan Lorenzo con uno de los atardeceres más bonitos de Québec. Personal muy amable, me consiguió una almohada mas suave. This motel was excellent. It was very clean and updated. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking in Forillon. It's within walking distance of great restaurants, Brise Bise and St Hubert. The bed was great. I would definitely stay here again...

La chambre et la vue sur le fleuve c’était parfait. Par contre bémol en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, la salade de fruits était chaude, le plat en lui même était décevant, léger par rapport aux restaurants brunch que l’on trouve partout ailleurs. Et la serveuse a fait une réflexion sur le tips. Que je sache, le pourboire reste à la discrétion et au bon vouloir du client. En l’occurrence ici ma mère a fait une erreur sur l’appareil à cartes (elle n’est pas du pays) et n’avait pas l’habitude. La serveuse lui a fait remarquer le montant choisi, et par la suite j’ai voulu rectifier en paiement comptant et la serveuse a tenu à vérifier que le montant était bien minimum 15 %.. c’était malpoli et déplacé.

This was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit hot, but we opened the one, slender window and turned on a floor fan to cool the room. Not sure the thermostat even worked. The outdoor staircase didn't feel safe. The outlets in our room, which were very few, weren't done well. They even came out of the wall. I think a licensed electrician should take a look at least in the room we stayed i.

It felt like they have forgotten they are in hospitality business. Room was in need of lots of attention. There were flies everywhere, beds were not made daily, Noise from other rooms every night. No peephole on door which rusted and dirty. The view of the river is greatly obstructed with a new barrier installed to prevent erosion. They take their patrons for granted
