Everything you need. Great people!

Plenty of room. Well taken care of. Big refrigerator. Automatic garage. 10 minites from covered and spacious parking in middle of town.Excellent grocery 15 minute drive. Comfy beds. Plenty of heat available. Cool town. Our second stay.

Great place!

The house and neighborhood are excellent, but the best things about the property are the owner Christian, and the property manager, Jenna. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to be or for better attention from the property manager. We plan to return for another month, next year. Thank you, Jenna! Thank you, Christian!

Very nice place!

Well situated house with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Quiet area with nice view, a 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Renting a car will be a good idea to explore beautifull region - and there is a lot to see. Very good contact with owner. Important to remember about extra payment for bed linen.

Ein schönes Haus und durch Jenna hatten wir mit unseren drei Hunden gleich einen sehr liebevollen Empfang. Jenna war sehr Hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns direkt Wohl. ein paar Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist alles nicht schlimm. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen waren super. Deutsche Sender gibt es nicht , aber wir haben über das Tablet geschaut. Wichtige Informationen für Hundebesitzer , intelligente Hunde könnten das Loch vom Nachbarn im Zaun finden und von dort aus auch zum Nachbarn und auf die Straße finden ( uns leider bei einem unserer Hunde passiert , aber der Nachbar hat ihn wieder gebracht ) wir vermuten die Katze hat ihm gezeigt wo er laufen muss :-)Das Haus,der Garten und vor allem der tolle Oleander und der gigantische Blick auf der oberen Terrasse sind ein Traum Viele Dank das wir unseren Urlaub bei Euch verbringen durften.

Alles in Allem wieder sehr schön. Ein paar Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten repariert bzw erneuert werden. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender vorhanden, haben Notebook mit Netflix angeschlossen um fernzusehen.

En raison des circonstances, nous n'avons pas pu rester la semaine que nous avions réservée. 31.08 bis 14.09 zwei Personen mit Hund

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ideal der volleingezäunte Garten, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Ausstattung vom Haus sehr gut, bis auf den Toaster, der hat wohl defekt, die Sicherung ist nach betätigen rausgefallen, haben diesen dann nicht mehr benutzt. Ansonsten alles gepflegt und ausreichend vorhanden.

Mooi en fijn huis om in te verblijven.

Wij hebben twee weken vakantie gevierd in dit mooie huis. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote omheinde tuin voor onze twee honden. Nabij de zee en winkelvoorziening z'n 2 km. Het huis is niet modern, maar wel gezellig ingericht. Wasmachine was echt een pluspunt.

Schönes , mediterranes Haus

Das Haus ist schön ,ruhig gelegen ,Mann fühlt sich direkt wohl, bisschen weit vom Strand und der Weg zu dem sehr anstrengend . Etwas schwierig zu finden trotz Wegbeschreibung, Jena ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns nett empfangen, schade , das viele Geräte defekt waren, wie zb Klimaanlage, Trockner, den Fernseher konnte Mann auch nicht nutzen, was weniger schlimm war. Das Haus besitzt tollen Garten, schöne Markise und ist gemütlich , für 6 Personen ausreichend, alles in einem, man kann hier einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie verbringen. waren, wie zb Klina

Nice place on Côte d’Azur

Good place to stay for a trip to the Côte d’Azur, good neighbourhood, nice fenced off garden for the dogs. House and kitchen are a bit old fashioned, but everything works and is there. Good and very friendly communication with owner and housekeeper.

Fijn huis in rustige buurt.

Fijne vakantie gehad. Waren kleine problemen met het huis die snel en naar behoren opgelost werden door de vrouw die het huis behartigd. Deze vrouw « Jenna » reageert meestal direct en is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Huis heeft goede bedden en is van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, koelvriescombinatie, wasmachine, koffie nespresso etc. Het is ca 1 km naar het strand. Weg naar het huis is laatste stukje ca 100m wel steil ca 15%. Voor ons geen probleem maar als je minder mobiel bent misschien wel. Leuke honden speelplaats volledig afgesloten op ca 500 m van het huis. Voldoende te beleven in de omgeving.

Belle semaine à Ste Maxime

Après un très bon accueil de Jenna, nous avons passé un super séjour à 6 dans la maison de Christian. Le logement est bien situé, calme, avec un jardin très agréable. L'emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Le centre ville se situe à 20' à pieds ce qui permet de prendre les navettes bateau sans avoir à se soucier du stationnement.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem Haus mit Flair

Unser Aufenthalt war ganz hervorragend. Die Begrüßung und Schlüsselübergabe waren absolut reibungslos und herzlich. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, die Matratzen in den Betten waren super bequem. Der Garten ist großartig und ringsum eingezäunt - ideal für Mieter mit einem vierbeinigen Freund. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine Garage, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da die Einfahrt ausreichend Platz geboten hat und das Eingangstor verschlossen werden kann. Es gibt neben dem Barbecue-Grill auf der Terrasse auch einen offenen Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, das wir vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen können.

Sehr schönes Objekt in schöner Lage und mit dem Auto auch schnell an den schönsten Stränden! Auch Ende Oktober noch super Temperaturen um ins Meer zu gehen! Gerne wieder! Nur der Check-In war etwas problematisch da die Adresse nicht übermittelt wurde aber es führen ja viele Wege nach Rom Gerne wieder!

Sehr großzügige Räumlichkeit

Das Haus ist größer als es im Inserat den Anschein macht. Es ist interessant geschnitten, alle Schlafzimmer haben große Terassentüren in den Garten, bzw. Balkon. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Der Fußweg zu Geschäften/Strand ist in der heißen Jahreszeit etwas lang. Da braucht man ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
