"Unstimmigkeit bei der Abrechnung
für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen wurden mir 4 Tage (664 EUR) berechnet. Eine Ausnahme lag nicht vor. Ich bitte um Überprüfung und Korrektur der Abrechnung.
Leider war das Hotelpersonal sowie das Management nicht in der Lage, mein Anliegen zu verstehen oder zu lösen. Auch über Expedia konnte keine Klärung erreicht werden.
Ich habe somit 664,00 EUR umsonst bezahlt – sehr enttäuschend."
