I love this hotel. Beautiful, clean (the staff clean everything every day), artfully designed. Love that the bathroom had a bidet. It’s right on Micro Beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I love everything about it!

Crowne Plaza is a great little hotel on the beach of Garapan. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is well put together, with a lot of restaurants, pools, and activities. We've stayed here several times before. The rooms are starting to take a beating since the renovation during COVID but they remain pretty nice with super soft and comfortable bedding. The laundry room is great but expensive. $5 cycles per machine but all detergents included. An easy card swipe gets the job done. The gym is actually pretty nice, with 4-5 treadmills, I think some steppers, 2x cable machines, three adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 50lbs, a rowing machine, mats, some kettle bells, medicine balls, and Swiss balls We enjoyed some discounts at the in house restaurants. Guests get a 15% discount at the Terrace and Mari Bar has a "Golden Hour" where food/drinks are 25% off 5-7pm. The only disappointing thing about our stay was the beach parasol issue. They were repairing them during most of our stay so we had to beg to get one put out. Also, Garapan continues to decline in shops. I hope the economy comes back because Saipan and Garapan used to be amazing. Crowne Plaza is still a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for a no frills, beach getaway but still want a touch of class. P.S. we stayed in May and Garapan hosts an international food festival every Saturday in May. Food and entertainment was pretty good and a spark of life in Garapan.

Best hotel in Saipan

I can say this is the vest hotel in Saipan. Room was clean, staffs was very kind. Hotel has the greate ocean view, and nice swimming pool available at night. It locates in the downtown, easy yo access to stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offered easy access to the beach. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. The chef even was accessible to the guests. They front desk was very helpful! Love this hotel!

The beach and grounds are excellent and beautiful, great view, pool and public spaces all with an excellent tropical island feel. Breakfast was good. Staff people were friendly. Had one problem. I was entitled to an upgrade on Expedia and this wasn't acknowledged or honored. When I explained about the upgrade, I was told no they give priority to their IHG program members and that I only get the room booked. I went back and showed them my Expedia gold promise, and they said "well only if available". I don't believe the hotel was full, and they never got back to me again even to say sorry no upgrade is available. So it's a very nice property, everyone was friendly, room was fine though not great, it's just I don't like getting the cold shoulder from a quality chain that should know better. A positive is they have nice facilities themselves, and the onsite travel agency sets you up for excursions elsewhere, such as Managaha. You'll be happy staying here, maybe Kensington is better though more expensive.
