Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with freeze, washing machine and toilet. Courtyard with roof terrace, garden furniture and outside toilet located in the utility outbuilding. 1 dog welcome at owners discretion. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 sets of steep steps to access the garden, 1 set are fire escape metal steps.. A Victorian family house situated situated close to the centre of town in a no through road approximately 100 yards from the waterfront, shops, quays and park. This property is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a sunny garden terrace with rooftop views to East Portlemouth and the Estuary.

Please note: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the out door area, there are steep fire escape metal stairs which may be difficult with small children.
