This was my second stay. The first was great, this one was amazing. From the call from reception to make sure they were ready for my arrival to the personal goodbye when I came to get my car, they just make a stay special. Clare is a superstar along with all the staff. Best place to stay in Manchester.

Dirty duvet, stickers left stuck on furniture in room from previous guest, no bin liners, bed was ripped, breakfast was awful, sausages and bacon dry eggs so watery it was like soup, hashbrowns not cooked. Customer service was awful couldn’t care less when I find them about these issues

Wonderful greeting and check-in, thanks to Clare, who also added to our Anniversary celebrations with free bubbly. The room was excellent, the food and drink unbeatable and overall one of THE best hotel experiences in my 56 years on this planet

The hotel was good . The only thing that let it down was the noise from an event in the hotel that played loud music until 1am that could be heard in our room meaning our nights sleep was disrupted. They did offer us free parking as an apology but maybe we should have been made aware before arrival so we could have chosen alternative accommodation
