The hotel is a good value for the area. It is a shame that it is not kept up well. There is a real mold problem in the bathroom. The shower curtain had black mold, and in between the shower tiles there was mold. We also noticed a lot of rust throughout the bathroom fixtures. No one wants to stay in a room with any kind of mold or rust. I liked that they had a ROKU connected to the TV; they just need to hide the cables and eliminate the wall bracket. We stayed in Room A106.

“The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, the towels are not changed every day, breakfast is too late at 8 a.m. and very poor; it cannot be called a continental breakfast, it is really meager. If you don’t have a car, you can’t get around because everything is far away.

Employees and facilities were perfect but at least building A needs insulation and new beds I heard my neighbors all night couldn’t sleep well and breakfast should be earlier at least at 7:00 not 8:00.

The front staff was a young lady with a smile and she was very helpful. The room was clean. The only thing about this hotel is the service at the bar, as they can see you but do not come to you to ask if you want anything. You wait long as you have to call one of them when you see them passing by.

Es un lugar bueno tiene muchas áreas, piscina, restaurante en la bahía, tienda de regalos,un pequeño paseo tablado donde hay un mini cine , un carrusel, un toro mecánico y alquiler d bicicletas acuaticas, cayaks y más. En el restaurante, Excelente servicio y muy cordiales. No dejen d probar sus tostones rellenos d surtido. Tienen música en vivo y actividades todos los días. The bathroom need better cleaning and equipment maintenance. Need to inform better the charge of the staying. The restaurant closed the kitchen so early an the front desk as well. I see areas open to the water without security guidelines to inform the guest and to take care of his child’s for this al situation. The hotel is a part of a Marine. Need to be better

The place had plenty to do to keep u busy. From playing the pool table, air hockey and dominoes. As well as the amazing singer. Staff was amazing as well. Great pool for different ages as well. The food was great. The only downside is i got bit up. So you need to apply something. I wishthey had bug zappers

We did not have hot water for the first 2 nights of our stay, we were also charged a resort fee of $100 more than what Expedia says. Breakfast was not much, but the restaurant was good! The door to the room was sketchy with the lock not being very secure. The hot water did get fixed for the 3rd day.
