The location of this property is good. It is downtown and easy to find. The host communicated well to let us know lots of places nearby that we might want to visit plus restaurants to try. The property worked great for us, because it had a garage. We were in the process of moving, so our car was full of stuff that we didn't want to leave parked in a hotel parking lot or on the street overnight Be warned that this place has a lot of stairs. First, there's a staircase to get from the garage to the main living area. Then there's another staircase to get to the two bedrooms. The kitchen was nice, but the living room is very small. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable queen beds in both with bathrooms attached. My only criticism of the property would be that it was a little "beat up". You could see where previous guests had not been very careful and had broken things like window coverings and even the handrail on the staircase was loose. Overall, we were satisfied since we just needed a quiet place to sleep and a garage to park our car for the night.
Stayed for 1 week to move our son into University of Utah. Loved that it had a garage for his car. Conveniently located to coffee shops/restaurants/ ice cream shop and a park all in walking distance.
The home has everything you could need for an extended stay. I would book again.
Pleasant enough place. Excellent beds! A roommate setup with bedrooms on the top floor, one on the front side, the other on the back.
A few dings needed a touch-up, and some broken shades on the porch balcony needed attention. Nothing major.
Full set of plates and utensils, I Appreciated the stock of coffee. Luxury, no; solid, yes. A narrow three-floor condo, very functional, with a garage on the ground level. No worries if you are in average shape, but there are stairs. A solid base for activities in Salt Lake City.
The neighborhood is interesting, it is in the early phases of gentrification. Lots of condos are being built nearby, and a few boutique shops look to have recently opened.
The place is mostly accurate to its rave reviews, but with some TLC needed in the near future to maintain the rating (i.e. blinds, fans, carpet, etc)
The location is good. The communication is excellent.
Overall, a great trip to SLC with a comfortable place to come back to each night.
We had an excellent stay at this clean, modern condo. It is newly constructed and has modern appliances and a sleek appearance and feel. Garage was an added plus as it was very snowy and cold during our stay and we were able to keep skis on roof of car with the garage option. The location is great...several places to eat nearby and not a bad walk into downtown if you want some exercise, which we did one night. Rental company was easy to communicate with and very attentive and thorough. Overall, this is a great and affordable place to stay in Salt Lake City!
This place was awesome. New and clean, perfectly stocked with dishes, pots pans, towels, laundry soap, coffee and creamer, large tv with all streaming services included.
The area has lots of really awesome local businesses and beautiful old houses.
20 minute walk to Liberty park. Less than a mile away.
Great beds, super soft bedding, perfect amenities for traveling with work mate. Loved the 2 bedrooms that had on suite bathrooms. Even has a half bath on kitchen/LR level. Nice patio for coffee in the am. Awesome to have garage space for car safety. Perfect coffee shop that is a 1 min walk away. Host has great communication. Temperature in condo was great. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Super close to downtown where our conference was.
Wonderful hosts, great location. We had family in the area, so we didnât rent a car & I was pleased with how many things were in walking distance. Tacos & coffee just around the corner, pastries & ice cream too. The rental was clean & matched the listing. Our host was attentive to our questions & easy to deal with.
This condo is a very nice place to stay while visiting Salt Lake City.
The condo is very close to all of the downtown attractions. Itâs very comfortable, has everything you need, seems to be a fairly new building, & therefore in very good condition.
Reserved for attendance to a concert being held at the Vivent Arena. Worked great. Papa John delivered to us, Lyft was easy to access and use and it was an awesome night for walking back with the group.
A group of 4 friends and I stayed here while going to the Kilby Block Party music festival. The location was great and the townhouse had everything we needed. The property management was also very responsive and helpful when we had trouble finding the place the first night.
Townhouse was perfect for 4, clean and comfortable. The only drawback was most of the neighborhood was nice and easy to navigate with lots of restaurants close by, but probably not for nighttime strolls. Overall it was as advertised, management was very communicative and attentive, and Iâd absolutely recommend this property!
This property was just as it appeared in the photos! It was almost new, very clean, and nicely furnished. Check in and check out was easy. We will stay again! (Don't miss the cookie bakery just around the corner!!)
Property was as advertised in a convenient location. Close to downtown and restaurants. The property was also very clean and organized with everything we needed.
The place was ok, a lot of stairs, pretty small, neighbors were super loud at like 4am. A bit pricey for whats included. Would NOT recommend more than 4 people - the beds are small and the sofa is very uncomfortable. Air mattress provided doesnât work.
