Hotel needed maintenance, and staff was not comforting. We frequently needed to get our room keys reprogrammed to get in our room.. property also needed some attention .

This property is HORRIBLE. Worst hotel in Sandy by far. Full of tweakers, blood stains on our carpet, no standard cleaning (we were there for 5 days) - had to request, and she just came in without knocking. Didn't replace our towels, or provide more soap, we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels, they gave us a ration of Cr&P asking for clean towels!!?? Our first day, they had the crime scene unit there for some type of issue. Another day there was a window shot out. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

The hotel is not as picture. You have to walk to a very strange outside onside area to get to the pool with in in like a dirt field in a green house. The pool was dirty. There is no elevator. Also they dont have bathtubs they are showers only

This property is being renovated. So our room has not been done yet. So i can say that the wallpaper had some cuts. This will probably be taken care of in the future. The mattres was thin and not very comfortable. The stay was good other than that. I expect my evaluation would chsnge had my room been revovated.

It was not an easy location to find. Even with GPS. The room had an odd smell like curry. The threshold to the bathroom was held down with black electrical tape. The shower door knob was missing so you had to put your finger through the hole to open the door. There was hair under the two shower mats. In the shower it looked like a soap holder was broken off the shower wall. . Wallpaper patch was falling off. The door jamb needs to be cleaned and the entrance door interior was badly scuffed.

Get what you pay for but???

The shower had mold and mildew I killed a spider in the bathroom The room smelled like a powerful disinfectant was used to cover up something g bad. The breakfast wasn’t good I rate it a 2 for fresh fruit and yogurt was provided. Granted they had signs that said they were remodeling and the linens on the beds and towels were nice but they should have remodeled one room at a time. a dirty shower and bugs in your room should be addressed promptly.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. But overall it was quite dirty. Our room had carpet that was pulled up and it smelled strongly like urine. I would not recommend it and I will not be returning.
