Such a sweet home! Built in 1896! So much character. Very clean. Decorated with excellent retro flair. Comfy couches in TV area. A piano! Easy entry instructions. Excellent communication from the owner but we didn't have any issues that needed addressing. (Minor things to know; shoes off policy inside, back door tricky to lock/unlock so we just didn't use it, and front bedroom bed a little squeaky for this light sleeper--no deal breakers!). Would love to stay here next time we visit our daughter at the U. Thank you Hailee!
This was the perfect place for our girls weekend! Close to downtown SLC and easy to get to. The house was very clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!
Was up to visit my son at the U, and found this lovely house. It was a fun quirky experience, the wifi worked, the house was very cool and reminiscent of the cottage houses of the 50s and 60s.Check in was easy, and the location was convenient. I will stay there again when I visit. 5 stars.
Each year, my daughter, sister, and I spend a night somewhere on the Wasatch front dressed up as Out "Granny Alter Egos." This year, we spent our time at Graceland. It was perfect in every way. I highly recommend staying here. Great location, charming accommodations, and fabulous communication with the Host. Thank you,Nikki, Parker and Brynn : AKA "Deb", "Edna Mae" and "Thelma Jean"
The property was as advertised and was very clean and nice inside. I had a great stay and the property had everything that I needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in salt lake City. The only minor negative thing I would say is that if there are people staying in the unit above there is some noise that comes through the ceiling when they walk around.
Such a cute historic home that we couldn't wait to come back to after all our activities! Host was very friendly and informative :) Loved the retro decor.
Fabulous accommodation, there is obviously pride in ownership. The property is very retro funk. Beautifully appointed in early sixties style. Quite, spacious, great location.
This house is old - probably turn of last century - and clearly loved and well maintained. It is very clean and comfortable, and super charming. The rooms are spacious, the windows are large wood framed and abundant, letting in a lot of natural light. Beautiful old hard wood floors are enhanced by colorful area rugs and the tiled bathroom with granite counter is roomy and well appointed with lots of towels, a blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner and a washer and dryer. The furniture and decor is quite distinctive and fun, reminiscent of the 50's, yet everything is in excellent condition. Well stocked kitchen, even though I didn't use it. There is one off street parking place, which was much appreciated as the house is located close to the university and street parking is at a premium. That said, it was a very quiet neighborhood. I would be super happy to stay here again!
We loved our stay at this house! It was very comfortable and chic. The decor was amazing. And the kitchen had everything we needed to make a fabulous dinner for four.
I came up to pick up my son who is in school at the U, and we are road tripping back for Christmas. I chose this location due to its quaint look and feel and the proximity to the U.It did not disappoint, it was easy to access, very clean, with every amenity promised. I loved it so much I booked again in January.5 stars!
Cute place! Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. I was a little bummed that there was only one kpod left so I had to go to the store for more. Shower was great but donât start a load of clothes in the washer until after your showerđ
The three of us enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated house. It was perfect for us. It had all the essentials that we needed for everything from cooking, to relaxing, to bathing, to cuddling up on the couch with the most comfortable blanket ever! My husband and I walked up the hill and explored the University of Utah campus which was a fun hike. The area was extremely safe. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the front porch will on the porch swing. We even ate dinner outside on the back porch because the weather was so nice. There were several walkers with their dogs walking in this peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home! So much better than staying in a hotel for 4 days! P.S. hopefully the next family can enjoy the crockpot we left behind. One thing that I do want to mention is this property is listed as an apartment, I think it's a home!
