This home me was clean. Communication with host was on point. We enjoyed the porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and have deer walking up. Kitchen was very nicely stocked...but no coffee filters for drip coffee. I think the best down point to this home was only one TV in living room. 2 Adults 2 teenager with one TV. After long busy days it would have been nice to have another TV option. But over all we enjoyed our stay
This place needs a good cleaning on the outside the landscaping and side walks have little pebbles everywhere the couches are worn out one has a hole you almost fall through the bathroom towle bar is almost falling off no fan in the bathrroms your told not to touch the a/c dont use this back door and detaile to being clean was not up to par for a nighty vrbo. The lady taking care of the place is pushy and can be rude we were called to be quite late one night because we were walking around upstair in am old creeky house when their is a rental down stairs?? Their is zero privacy wasnt what i expected at all feels like church camp with a really strict angry counselor incharge!! Didnt get the code for the front till i answered 3 jobe interview like forms amd then had to aAsk for the door code amd was told to fill out the other form i already had filled out know what i was infor then we got a rude message after we stayed that the hottub on the back wasnt for us and their were signs when their clearly wasnt like put up a gate and make a sign!! Calls at midnight for going to the bathroom because the guest down stair where 80 and the phone call was rude not nice or trying to find out whats going on just you have a noise complaint be quite! Then it was why did you use the hot tub bad management is what i guess im saying!!!!
We had a great time overall and really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful location. The cabin was clean, and the check-in process was very smooth. There are just a couple of comfort-related things to be aware of for future guests. The beds, particularly the ones in the kidsâ room, were firmer than expected. A little extra cushioning or upgraded mattresses could really enhance the stay. Also, the property appears to be shared with others, which means itâs helpful to be mindful of noise, especially for families with younger kids.Just a few small improvements could make this stay even more enjoyable!
Really nice. We were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We were looking for peaceful, comfortable place to meet. Only complaint (and not really property fault) was the noise from the downstairs unit.
House was clean and quiet. Good location to get to the nearby ski mountains. Great communication from the company. Only one small problem (code given for door was not correct but texted them and they sent the correct code right away).
My family and I came to Utah for a few days of skiing and decided to stay in a house rather than a hotel at the ski area. Every night when we were enjoying dinner in this lovely home we mentioned how happy we were with our decision! The house is adorable and very nicely fit out. The views to the park felt like we were in the countryside, even though shopping and dining options were just minutes away! And the drive to Snowbird took us less than 20 minutes each day. The rental team was really nice and always ready to help if we needed anything. We hope to come back and stay at this little gem again!
Very close to town yet feels like a mountain retreat
We used this property because we were in town for a summer basketball tournament. It was a fun place to stay and fit our needs perfectly. From the bunk room for the boys to the basketball hoop outside, it was great for us. It was very close to the high schools where we were playing. The people staying downstairs were also there for the tournament which was fun for the boys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and it is also close enough to many places to go out to eat.
One notable thing was the steep driveway. It just took some getting use to but the parking area was nice. The link for directions did not take us to the property. But using the address in maps got us there. Check in was easy peasy.
We enjoyed our stay. It is a fun property. We even saw a deer pass through. We would stay again!
We were in town for my momâs Celebration of Life. Family had intended to join us but had to cancel at the last moment. There was plenty of room for a whole familyâking bed in the master, queen in the secondary and 2 sets of twin beds in the 3rd. The hall bath was ample and had a double vanity, in addition to a washer/dryer. The master bath en-suite included a large closet area. The living area was roomy with 3 couches and extra chairs. One couch faced huge double picture windows that overlooked the woods, where deer were seen daily. The kitchen was well-stocked and the dining table was huge, accommodating 6 people easily. A wooden walkway ran along side one entire side of the house, leading to a large deck with a patio table and chairs. Just off the lower unitâs parking area was the entrance to a trailhead leading to an expansive hiking area. As nice as the home was, the management company was incredible, checking in with us throughout our stay replying immediately and helping to ensure our stay was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Big and Little Cottonwood. Itâs also just a few minutes from the city center with grocery stores and restaurantes. Communication with the host was excellent. We ended up leaving a few personal items behind and they helped us conveniently recover them. Thereâs a big open living room and plenty of hot water. We came up for a few days of skiing and we would definitely stay here again.
