Tive uma experiência incrível. O atendimento foi de altíssima qualidade, com uma equipe sempre atenciosa e pronta para ajudar. As respostas às minhas solicitações foram extremamente rápidas. O pessoal é muito educado, o que fez toda a diferença. O quarto estava bem limpo, confortável e agradável. O café da manhã foi um verdadeiro destaque, com opções deliciosas e opções personalizadas. Falta de cuidado com os detalhes.

Pousada simples, bem localizada e com um atendimento espetacular, porém, peca nos pequenos detalhes como: Limpeza do quarto, café da manhã, no banheiro n tem onde pendurar nada, n repõe shampoo e outros, n colocan papel higiênico de reserva no quarto, temos q ficar pedindo quando falta, não trocaram as toalhas durante nossa estadia e queriam cobrar taxa para fornecer 1 travesseiro. Precisam rever esses detalhes.

A pousada eh bem bonitinha e fica super bem localizada. Não tem cheiro de mofo e o ar gela bem. No entanto, o colchão e os travesseiros precisam ser trocados, sem a menor condição. Pra passar uma noite até vai, mais q isso não dá. Café da manhã TB dispense.

Ótima pousada em Rio Vermelho. Bem localizada e atendimento excelente da equipe. O café da manhã estava agradável e foi servido nos quartos por conta da pandemia. Única ressalva foi a cama que não era tão confortável, mas nada que atrapalhasse a noite de sono.
