Overall the house fit our familyâs needs and had an enjoyable stay in Salvo, but we were disappointed with the pool and hot tub. We paid 600 to have the pool heated for the week and it didnât work once while we were there. We have a pool at home and we know what a heated pool feels like. No refund offered by management. The hot tub cover is falling apart and all the debris from it was in the hot tub so kind of gross. While sitting at the pool one day one of the 3rd level window screens fell off almost hitting a family member. Also upon arrival there were nails and screws everywhere, in the pool, on the deck. Tiki bar definitely needs some TLC, lights are hanging by a thread and very dirty. Property management was prompt the first 2 days, then didnât respond until we were checking out.
