Süße Sands ist ein familienfreundliches gehobenen Rückzug, dass mehrere Familien unterbringen können, während mit einem Ferienhaus fühlen. Es ist nur ein paar Häuser vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen Blick auf das Meer, den Klang und das benachbarte Naturschutzgebiet. Es ist nicht eine schlechte Sitz im Haus oder den Decks. Diese Meerblick 3 Geschichte 6 BR Haus wurde kürzlich aktualisiert und verfügt über alle neuen Möbeln und Armaturen. Outdoor-Aktivitäten beginnen am Poolbereich mit Whirlpool und Pool Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Veranda bietet Schaukelstühle, die kühl und luftig Abende zu genießen, während Sie einen Ping-Pong-Spiel auf dem tragbaren Tischtennisplatte. Sie können beide Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge von allen 3 Ebenen sowohl innerhalb als auch zu genießen mit Fenstern im Überfluss und außen an den Decks. Die erste Ebene verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Hauswirtschaftsraum, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die erste Etage Familienzimmer ist auch mit einem vollen Größe Futon Couch, TV / DVD und Spiele und Rätsel für viel Unterhaltung ausgestattet. Die "Surfer Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 1) verfügt über zwei Full-Size-Betten und ein Badezimmer mit WC, der "Marlin Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 2) hat zwei Einzelbetten und teilt ein Vollbad mit dem "Salvo Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 3), die man hat komplettes Bett. Der Aufzug bietet einfachen Zugang zu den oberen Stockwerken. Die zweite Etage ist der Kern des Hauses mit der Haupt-Wohnzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, Frühstücksraum, 1 Badezimmer und 1 WC und dem "Seaside Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 4) mit 2 großen Betten. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit TV / DVD und es gibt reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten Speisesaal (bis zu 19) an zwei großen Tischen und der Bar. Auf der zweiten Etage Deck überprüfen Sie den Sonnenuntergang, während Sie Ihre Mahlzeit am Picknick-Tisch Grillen genießen. Die dritte und oberste Ebene öffnet sich in eine Sitzecke zum Lesen und Entspannen und genießen den Sonnenuntergang auf den Klang. Ein Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle befindet sich direkt an der Sitzecke. Der dritte Stock hat zwei Schlafzimmer den "White Sands Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 5) mit einem Doppelbett und Bad und die "Sand Piper Sweet" (Schlafzimmer 6) mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit TV / DVD ausgestattet. Aus dem Sand Piper Sweet ist eine Kombinationsbüro / Kindergarten für die brauchen ein wenig Arbeit in den Urlaub zu erledigen oder einen separaten Raum für die Kleinen brauchen. Ihr Aufenthalt im Süß Sands wird ein Urlaub zu erinnern, und Sie werden zweifellos wieder buchen, bevor Sie verlassen !! Nur diese eine Bücher FAST !!!

My family had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for my large family with 3 generations staying together. We loved visiting the beach with the ocean only a short walk. We were able to see the ocean and the sound from the decks. The pool was perfect and lots of fun. We loved sharing big meals together and the fully stocked kitchens were perfect. Lots of room to play games and just enjoy being together.It was very clean and well suited for a big family. There were fun things to do such as visit the Pea Art Gallery, local arcade and little shops just short drive away. It is one of our best vacations yet.

Anniversary Week Well Spent

Our family had a wonderful stay celebrating our parents’ 55th wedding anniversary. The home was beautiful and spacious—plenty of room for everyone, ages 9 to 83! We loved the short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes through dunes/boardwalk) and the stunning views. It was close to local restaurants and the Salvo Day Use Area, which we really enjoyed. Our days were filled with beach time, swimming, and relaxing with family, and evenings spent walking the beach, ghost crabbing, and stargazing. A truly special week full of memories!”

A beautiful and spacious house

We enjoyed our week in this spacious and beautifully decorated house. We are a 11 person, three generation family group with five teen grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt on top of each other. Our grandchildren enjoyed sharing the first floor together. Having two kitchens was a plus, especially a second full refrigerator and range. The kitchen on the second floor was amazingly supplied having everything you could need to prepare meals. The decks were lovely to enjoy the early morning or evening peace. There was a short walk to the beach where there was a boardwalk over the dunes. There is no outdoor shower, but a spray faucet is outside to rinse sandy feet. The exercisers in the family enjoyed the pool after their hot morning runs/ bike rides. I would highly recommend this property. Many thanks to Elba for being a welcoming host. Your house is beautiful and provided many happy family memories

Sweet Sands of Salvo is Sweet

This house was a perfect layout for our family with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate (and exceed) our needs. The full kitchen on the first floor was a bonus. The second floor kitchen was a great design for several people in the kitchen at once and it was so well-equipped that we wanted for nothing when it came to cooking all sorts of food. The top floor was its own private suite. The entire house was tastefully decorated and beautiful! We loved the decks and porches and the deck furniture provided - especially the rocking chairs, where we had our morning coffee as the sun rose over the ocean. Not a day went by when we did not use the pool and hot tub. Perhaps the best feature of the house is its location - a short walk to the ocean for our beach time or to the sound to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The host was easily accessible and responded to all of our questions and requests.

An enjoyable week!

We love Salvo and have been staying there for years but always on the soundfront. This is a nice home as close to the beach as you can be without actually being on the oceanfront and we loved the easy access to the ocean. The interior is comfortable and the decks are nice for catching the breeze and enjoying a view of the ocean and (indirectly) the sunset on the sound. The pool is small but nice and our young ones loved it. The first floor bedrooms stayed a bit warm but there was plenty of room for my brother and his family there. Having the second kitchen was convenient. The third floor king and queen masters were very nice and accommodated my daughter and her family well. The configuration of the "double double beds" was not ideal for the rest of the family (prefer queen beds), but it was workable and we didn't spend much time in the bedrooms anyway. I realize it's late in the season but many of the lamps had no light bulbs so it was a little dark for working a puzzle or reading at night unless you were in the main living room. The kitchen was large and well-equipped and the dining room table easily accommodated the nine of us. The homeowner was wonderful to work with. I was excited about a 3pm check-in but the cleaners were there when we arrived and we weren't actually able to check in until 4. I'd double-check this in the future. Sweet Sands is a nice property in a great location. We had a very pleasant week and hope to return.

Great house and location

We are 4 families numbering 10 in all. This house gave us plenty of sleeping spaces and gathering areas. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the large dining table which sat 10 very comfortably. Internet and cell phone service worked fine with our numerous devices. We couldn't find the house information book, so we called the owner with a few questions. Elba was gracious and answered all our queries. The elevator was easy to operate and made moving in and out so much easier given the 3 levels. This house is well maintained and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the Outer Banks.

Lovely home

This home is well designed for a large crowd; plenty of areas for gathering. Kitchen was well equipped and eating areas were great. Getting to the beach access (through the bushes) wasn’t bad;l, then we had access to a fantastic boardwalk. We would stay at Sweet Sands again!!!

The location was close to an awesome boardwalk over the sand dune. The main kitchen is on the 2nd floor - we loved it - so much more convenient. We would definitely rent it again.

Amazing home

This was our first time visiting Salvo and were so fortunate to find this home. It was perfect for our family. It was enough space for multiple families, especially with the two kitchens. This was also the first time I rented a home that the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The property manager answered all my questions I had before our trip. And the beach was a short walk away. We are already looking to book to come back to this home next year.

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. The home is beautiful and decorated very well. The house is perfect, and designed down to every detail. However, we did not find the home in very clean when we got there. There was sand inside the hot tub and pool, hair in the shower, and a couple dead bugs right on the ground. This is not the most pleasing sight when you enter a home (especially during covid times). The house is very close to the beach, maybe a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you are walking. The hot tub and pool are very nice, smaller side but we had a great time. The area of Salvo is nice! Lots of big houses and seems like a newer area of OBX. It is very far from all grocery stores and restaurants. There is a nice ice cream shop pretty close and a dollar general that had a lot of supplies we needed. Make sure to go grocery shopping before you get to the house. Also bring toilet paper and soap, none of that is provided. We didn't know until we got there and had to turn back.

A great family place!

Our 4 families' family had a wonderful time at Sweet Sands in Salvo! Plenty of room for our 16 members from grandparents to our grown kids to our grandkids. The beautiful ocean beach was a short straight walk away. It's two houses from the beach and has ocean views from both the 2nd and 3rd floors! We had a great stay at this house! Everything we needed was there at the house. The house was very spacious and it gave us all our own space without feeling cramped at all. There was also great parking! We had a truck with a 27ft boat that we brought down with us that we were a little worried about as far as parking but it worked out great! We also had several other vehicles there and still had plenty of space to fit more if needed. The home was very clean and linens and towels being provided made things much easier. The pool was a little smaller than expected but it suited us just fine. The hot tub was great! The elevator made taking things up to the second and third floors a breeze. I would highly recommend this house to a larger group of people as the space is well worth it. Great house all around!!

Perfect House in Every Way!

This is an amazing beach house that slept 14 easy for our reunion. Large enough that everyone has their own space. Perfectly decorated and clean. Beautiful views of ocean and stars! Towels and sheets provided and fully equipped kitchen. We will be back! Thank you!
