10/10 hotel! The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to your needs and the hotel is beautiful. Great rooms, very clean, and thick walls so you don’t hear the rooms around you. I slept great! Very easy walk to the garden of Salzburg and the old town center. Highly recommend and would stay again. The rooftop restaurant is also very good and has great service.

Excellent travel hotel. Hotel staff was excellent. The check in was fast and they kept our bags for a couple of hours after we checked out ( see we could explore the city). Our only complaint was the lack of usb-c charging outlets in the room. Be warned the step into the tub is challenging. Be very careful.

An excellent hotel choice when you need a larger room as we did for a family of 3. Room was incredibly spacious with 2 closets, huge bathroom and large beds. Rooftop restaurant was incredibly fun with an amazing view and excellent food. Hotel was safe, quiet and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff was very welcoming and even expedited our check-in so we could catch dinner before the kitchen closed. The restaurant on the top floor seems to be a local favorite—it was packed both nights we were there. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel is just a short walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel, but the staff were all very lovely at check-in and the hotel is a very convenient to the gardens. Old Town is a 10min walk, so it’s not bad at all, but also not in the middle of the activity.

Wonderful staff everywhere throughout the property. Room was large and clean, updated and comfortable... Had AC which was wonderful! Very easy to walk everywhere. Very close to Mozart house, Mirabel Palace and gardens, train station. Dining was wonderful on site, breakfast buffet was amazing. Would stay again
