Excellent all inclusive. Food was amazing, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, grounds and hotel were beautiful and the entire experience felt like a boutique hotel even though the resort is quite large. Highly recommend and plan to come back.

The property is great and the staff is good but the only thing is that they staff makes you feel pressured into everything they do you must tip them and if you do tip them if they feel is not enough then the service starts to change and it’s not the same as when you arrive at the property. Also towards the end of the stay the ambassador accompanied other guest but since they didn’t feel we tip them right no one came to use and walked us towards the ferry.

We stayed in early March for 6 days and loved every day. Frankly, everything was great. We didn't get to try the spa or excursions because we had a 15mo old baby with us, which takes a lot of time, but just the pools and the beach were wonderful. The food was amazing. Each restaurant had fantastic food. Even the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. For drawbacks, getting to the property is a major drag. It's a 3hr ride by car from Santo Domingo. Not much they can do about that, I guess. What they can improve on are two things: quality of coffee (didn't enjoy that at all) and the staff needs to get a bit better on their English. Some are better than others, but most of the time, communication was challenging. You can also communicate with your "ambassador" via WhatsApp and even that was not all smooth sailing, so yeah, staff's English needs to improve. But don't let this hold you back, even with what it is now, it's been a wonderful stay.

I have traveled quite a bit in my life but never to do an all inclusive. That said I have been to a lot of high end hotels and for the cost/value was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the caring staff to the stunning beach to the fine food and drink to the amenities/classes you will not be disappointed. Four nights is plenty but could easily enjoy this place for a week.Truly fantastic. The only challenge (not hotel issue) is that for us coming from NYC we have drive 2.5 hours across DR (flew into Santo Domingo) but certain cities do fly direct to Samana. Go here its FABULOUS!

This is an incredible resort. The service is unmatched. Ms. Emmanuella in particular was extremely helpful, kind and made our experience better than we could have imagined. The resort was a delight. Beautiful setting, efficient and agreeable staff. We only wish to make a reservation regarding the personal assistant upon arrival who did not explain certain things as she should have. The restaurant reservation system was a bit hectic but in the end another assistant sorted it out and made our evening. We will be back.

Our honeymoon at Cayo Levantado felt like a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty and care we experienced. The exceptional service, stunning views, and attention to every detail made this an unforgettable trip. We want to give a special thank you to the amazing team: • Sol at the beach, who was always sweet and recommended the best drinks. • Carlos at the beach, who made sure we had incredible drink suggestions. • Augusto at the restaurants, who provided flawless and attentive service. • Angelito, who kindly transported us in the carts with such warmth. • Jefris, the manager, who ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. • Emmanuela, our ambassador, who went above and beyond to care for us. The food options were incredible, offering a variety of flavors to enjoy. The pools and the beach were breathtaking, and the room was always impeccably cleaned, adding a sense of luxury to our stay. What made this experience truly special was how the staff treated us—with kindness, dedication, and genuine care. It was so emotional that I cried when we had to leave.
