The checking in process was terrible , the front the staff not friendly ,Sofia check us in us we requested double beds for the group of six 3 rooms , when we got to the we all have single bed, also check in at 3 pm we got there a bit early and was advised to come back at 3pm . Again Sofia very rude told us room not ready , after 35 minutes I asked a different staff member who told us we were looking for u your rooms are ready . I will not come back and recommend the hotel too bad because the view and beach were great , Also some staff members are the restaurant were not really welcoming we us for staff and we were denied us we see other table will get the staff we asked , at one point I asked the some staff members at front if they were prejudice again Dominican. They can also clean more plates , cups around the beach area, the towel station was also a problem never clean towel the hotel was to even busy , the animation team boring and all over the place they need Dominican dancers , not European girls not coordination 😳.

We stayed five nights in the bungalow. It was beautiful and well maintained. The beach was amazing. My issue was the staff were not helpful and often rude. The food was ok, and a bit repetitive. Activities are not listed anywhere so you just had to make your own plans. They encourage you to use the app which we did but there were no activities listed. We had no AC and tried request help through the App which we couldn’t. Don’t bother with the App. As others mentioned the pool was closed for renovation, would’ve been nice to know when scheduling our stay. The location is very convenient to town. We did one excursion through them and they were unable to give details as to where the buggy trip was going. We still don’t know the two beaches we stopped at. Overall it was disappointing due to lack of communication and food.

I arrived at the property and checked in. When I walked into my room a strong odor of mold or wet clothes not completely dried. I called the front desk and advised of the smell on the bed the sent over new sheets. I had to call them back because the comforter smelled as well. Layed down and the television did not work. We called front desk again and they sent a tech who advised someone will come tomorrow morning at 9am. The next day at around 10 I called back since no one had arrived for the television. No one in the front was aware they sent another technician. The tv had to be replaced. The cigar shop was closed. I do not consider this a all inclusive hotels

Loved the bungalow, beach, water, and water activities. Staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable . Scheduled activities were not always available or at the scheduled times so we missed any and all dance classes. Buffet food was fresh and food was good. Fresh fruit was always on point! Really enjoyed Fusion, avoid the Mediterranean restaurant it was not fresh tasting. Loved the chill beach vibe with no kids. I plan to go back 😊

I have chosen this hotel because we stayed here before this time it was a disappointment we had to wait to get to room until 3.30 food menu was bad all the time same food i am diabetic i am on gluten free and diary and egg diet so it was for me very challenging. On top of that there is 1 pool which was closed due to construction . Customer desk service was friendly others bunch of ignorants even we had to be waiting for a long time to get a water or something to drink. So i am staying away from this hotel
