Checked in elevator not working inquired hasnât been working for sometime now. Used bathroom toilet now working had to go down stairs again. Switched room, not a way to start a vacation. Wife recouping from broken foot, stairs not good idea.
I have stayed at this property about ten times and have not had any issues. I just reserved a handicapped room, which upon arrival, I found out it was on the second floor. Normally no issue, but their elevator was broken. There was no way I could get up stairs. I was charged for the room anyway.
The elevator has been broken for a month. Then of course we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The beds are small full size. Our tv volume was loud and the remote wouldnât turn it down. Asked about it and they couldnât help. Only positive thing I can say was the girl that checked us in was nice and apologetic.
Overall it was a good stay. Good price for what you get. Front desk didnât tell us the elevator was out at check in. Found out when we headed to our room. Luckily we donât mind stairs. Our key cards quit working the second day and had to get those redone. Beds were just okay. Definitely could use a pillow update. But staff was friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us. The lady in charge of breakfast was super friendly and kind. Good location. Overall it was a good stay.
The elevator was broke. Lamp in room broken. No shampoo or kleenex. Stated they were out. Did not understand why the blackout curtain on window would not completely close. Tub was very slippery
parking a little difficult, no spots close by front door except handicap. Made it a little difficult to unload and load the car. staff very friendly, room nice but a little small. The refrigerator was great. able to refreeze my ice packs.
