The food was good, the staff was very friendly. The worst part was one of the elevators were not working. It's a very large hotel with lots of people and having an elevator down was inconvenience to the customers.

We loved the kind hospitality of the staff, the indoor pool and hot tub, the kickback in the evening Room was very clean One of the elevators was out, which made waiting for an available elevator longer The air conditioner in the room was very loud, it affected our sleep, and it’s not working properly to take the humidity out of the room
