This was my 2nd time staying at the Contessa and I will definitely stay here again. From the valet attendants, to the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The quick access to the River Walk is not only convenient, but beautiful as well. I cannot recommend the Hotel Contessa enough.

The hotel offers a very clean space and spacious bedrooms, the food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious plus the ambience from the restaurant felt very Texan .

Only thing about my stay that was a disadvantage was parking. There is valet and self-parking options. Breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel but they do charge it to your room. Other than that we had an amazing time here in Hotel Contessa!

The room was nice and the access to the river walk was a plus but the parking is horrible. There's only valet available for $55 per day. No garage connected to the hotel. You are welcomed to park elsewhere but will have to walk back and forth to your car and pay extra fees. The good thing about valet is you can leave and come back at the flat rate of $55 per night.

Just the perfect size for a couples quick getaway. The rooms are so BIG and comfortable. The rooftop pool is such a beautiful spot . (As long as not too crowded). We were right on river walk (the more romantic clan part ) .we will be coming back to this hotel .

Great stay!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bar staff was knowledgeable and provided great suggestions for restaurants. Easy to get in and out of and they had a Mariachi band in the evening. Lots of fun!

The valet service was horrible, would take a long time to bring my car around, we wanted to check out and asked for a bell hop cart, we waited 40 minutes and nothing. When we got there the shower was dirty. Overall you can find better for the price.

It's been a while I hadn't stayed at Contessa. Know there is no sofa bed and toilet are to closes to the wall it's so unconfutable can't eve fit enough to use the toilet. You have to sit sideways just to fit.

The room was very nice ( I really liked the partitioning of the living room and bedroom). everything was in working order. The common areas were pleasant to walk through and flowing. The bar was expensive and so is the rest of the riverwalk.
