Miguel was a great host. Responded quickly. Stayed 3 nights, family of 6 for BMT Lackland graduation, house is spacious, beds & sofa super comfortable. Close to base and airport. Quiet street for a neighborhood that is located on a “up and coming”.

Our overall experience for our needs was fully met! The value was excellent for our niece’s AF Basic graduation. Nevertheless, the home needs some additional maintenance. Especially flooring and foundation issues. Beware of thin walls. Regardless, I highly recommend if you were in San Antonio for an Air Force Basic graduation at Lackland Air Force Base!

Great Place close to AF base

This was an awesome place for our sons BMT graduation. Very close to the Air Force Base, close to restaurants and grocery store. Plenty of space and a clean furnished house. Check-in was easy, communication with owner was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would give this house 6 stars if I could!

Communication revisit was excellent. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in San Antonio for BMT graduation. We were less than 10 minutes from the Valley High gate. For everything else, we were about 20 minutes away. There is an HEB and a Walmart nearby. The house was perfectly set up. There were two bedrooms with attached bathrooms for additional privacy. The main area had plenty of hangout space with extra chairs. We played games and just hung out together and talked. Lots of coffee cups!Also, plenty of toliet paper in each bathroom. Paper towels and basic cleaning stuff so we could wipe counters. Some places cheap out and don’t include that. Checkout was very reasonable - reset AC and take out trash. Highly recommend for families!

Review

The house was cool, it honestly didn’t look like the way it glamorously looked on the listing. It wasn’t worth the amount we paid for. There were many roaches in the property. Things came broken like the door to the ac unit. The host had great communication which was nice, but this house didn't Meet my expectations at all.

Air Force Graduation

Great house and location for Air Force Graduation events. Comfortable and spacious open concept living room and kitchen for all the family to hang out together. All the beds were comfortable too. Papa said it was his best sleep in a long time.

Lackland BMT stay

Property was exactly as pictured. Our flight landed quite a bit earlier than check in (5pm) but Miguel was very cooperative and allowed us to drop our bags off early while the house was still be prepared for us. Lots of room for our family of 10! Showers (3 of them!!) stayed hot even with back to back multiple showers, they had all the amenities we needed, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, Qtips, hair ties, you name it, it was probably there!!Also location was super convenient to the AFB we were at the gate within 12 mins each day! There was what I believe was a neighborhood cat that we had to wrangle up and put back outside a few times cause it kept running inside every time the door was opened to make itself at home but it was a sweet young kitten so it wasn’t a real bother :)The kids left some candy out upstairs and it brought the ants out of the woodwork but after we cleaned up the candy and vacuumed the ants up they were never seen again! Check out process was a breeze, throw the trash and load the dishwasher! Easy peasy
 would recommend and would stay again of ever in the area!!

Pleasantly surprised

The home, process, and communication was great. Our son graduated from BMT and the location was perfect. The owner was very thoughtful, helpful, and communicated quickly. Thankful for the place to bring our soldier to relax.

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and although I was satisfied with the others , nothing compares to this property! The cleanliness, the comfort, and excellent communication with the host made me feel at home. My family and I were simply just able to enjoy are stay with no worries! The host is great! I would highly recommend this clean, comfortable home to any family visiting San Antonio!!

Exceptional Family Gathering Space

There were 12 of us staying in the house for 3 days. It's wonderfully clean and spacious. All appliances & AC in working order. Had plenty of hot water for all of the showers. Very roomy and fun to be able to all fit around the dining table and on the extra oversized couch! Cornhole and other games a plus! Neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The beds were comfortable. Ther are some cracks in the walls likely from the remodel. Everything looked new and nothing is in disrepair. Super convenient location to airport, River Walk, downtown. Would stay here again. Host was very responsive to all questions.Thank you!
