Great place for a long weekend.

Clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was furnished. It was so nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We highly recommend!

A Great Vacay

The property is just as described. After long days of exploring it was nice to come “home” to our little “sanctuary.” We didn’t rent a car and used Lyft, the Hop on Hop off Trolley, and lots of walking. It was just perfect! Being on the Riverwalk was convenient but also added that special touch. P.S. We took extra delight in the luxurious blankets and towels, and adjustable bed for watching TV.

Great Stay!

The description of the property in the listing was Spot On! the Condo overlooked the Riverwalk; the view was beautiful. The location on the Riverwalk is perfect, walkable to the Downtown or Pearl areas. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen is well equipped, the bath is spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable and the living room was spacious with large windows. The check-in and out process is efficient. The included parking is great! Our stay was fantastic and the Host Ramiro was a pleasure. Jules C.

Ideal location on the river walk and fair pricing

The owner is extremely attentive to needs as well as responding quickly to questions. Kitchen is well equipped and a grocery store HEB delivers to the apartment.

Condo on the River

We really enjoyed our stay. Unique condo that looks over the San Antonio River. Host provided a bottle of wine, snacks, and every conceivable toiletry you might need. Only place we’ve ever stayed that had a foosball table and record player. Worked great for a senior couple over three days.

The property was perfectly situated along the Riverwalk, approximately halfway between the pearl district and the busy/noisy part of the Riverwalk. Communal areas of the building were very nice. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The apartment was great for us. We traveled as a couple that visited San Antonio for the first time. From this location, we were able to walk downtown or, in the opposite direction, to The Pearl, about 1 mile each along the Riverwalk. The balcony had a nice view. We found everything we needed and the host was responsive. There’s a pool table in the lobby, grills in the common area, a clean gym which I used a few times, and an outdoor pool. There were many residents with well-behaved dogs. If we return to San Antonio, we will consider staying here again.

Riverwalk Gem

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this unit. It is located directly on the Riverwalk just a short walk to the Pearl Brewery area. The unit was stocked with all of the needed amenities and some complimentary snacks. Communication with Ramiro was great...he responded immediately via text and phone. If you're looking for a "home away from home", look no further...you'll love this place!

week at riverwalk

The property was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. The basket of snacks and wine was a nice touch and we enjoyed it! The bed and furniture were comfortable, and the washer and dryer were an added plus. At first, we thought maybe downtown was too far of a walk, but it actually worked out perfectly. Walking along the river was beautiful and we enjoyed it every day. It was nice to be off the beaten path and much quieter. There were several restaurants within walking distances that we enjoyed. Augie's BBQ was great! Also, Burbon Street Seafood was nice and had a river view. We would definitely stay again and hope we can come back!

Riverwalk condo San Antonio

We enjoyed our time thoroughly. As promised the condo overlooked the Riverwalk with access to the riverboat close by. This host has thought of everything we arrived very late so having snacks and wine when we arrived was a welcome surprise!! Even having some coffee pods and cream available for our first morning was wonderful till we could get a chance to shop for groceries. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

A lovely place to stay!

Stayed here a few night and days while attending a convention at the Alamodome. Very comfortable stay, and the building’s security doors had us feeling safe at all times. Wonderful view of the riverwalk from patio. Pool and gym were outstanding. Landlord communicated regularly and responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again some day and recommend to all!

Wonderful Stay in a Wonderful Place!

My family and I had a great time in this fantastic location. We will absolutely be back, and soon! It’s closer enough to the Riverwalk to reach easily, but far enough away to avoid congestion and noise. Great coffee shops nearby : try Kiki’s!

Great Location

Everything was as shown in listing. Location was perfect if you don’t mind a little walking. Nearby restaurants were great. Everything along river walk was accessible by boat shuttle at a very affordable rate. We liked being on a slightly less crowded section of the river. Great apartment with good location

My wife and I stayed at this apartment 8 days in September. While not right 'downtown' it provided us with a great location to base our stay. It is located right on the riverwalk, only 20 minutes from the airport. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown and all the sights, or a 30 minute walk on the riverwalk. Another attraction for shopping and dining is The Pearl district, and that is only a 10 minute walk. The apartment was exactly as advertised and is located in a complex with long term residents. We met very nice people, and had no problems with noise or other intrusions. Things that matter: The HVAC system worked great. Lighting is good. Furniture is comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is more than adequate for 2 people. Overall I rate this as a very good value, and we would not hesitate to book it again if we travel to San Antonio.

Beautiful & great location

Had an absolute blast! The apartment has a great view and right on the river. Great food places super close to walk and get drinks and food. The walk down the river to the main part of the river walk was a little long, but no complaints because of the beautiful scenery. 10/10. Would love to come back and stay again!

A few days in San Antonio

We had a little trouble entering the building. Fortunately, a resident walking by noticed us. We arrived two hours after check-in time, but the apartment had not been cleaned. The host was very apologetic and arranged for cleaning. We went to dinner for a couple hours and returned to a clean apartment.It's very cute and in a perfect location for us. We could walk to the SA Museum of Art - which I highly recommend - and several cafes. It's a great place to stay, but be sure you understand the code to enter. We didn't realize we needed an asterick at the end of the number.
