Overall the property was nice. One of the front desk woman was a rude about having to come fill our shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers, Which never was taken care of the first night. Had to borrow from my family that had a room and brought her own. They never showed up even after calling front desk again after midnight. Same rude woman answered, So didn't get anywhere. 2nd day room was refilled when housekeeping came into clean. Overall the rest was a good stay. I would recommend this hotel.Pools were nice. Other staff members were nice. Overall nice.

I like the property and what the property has to offer space wise, its very spacious inside,outside near the pool area is also more vast, the only problem i had with the property is the extra expenses with food.

The property is very nice and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, the room had a good lay out and was clean. I would say the property is in major need of renovations. The shower head was old and did not have the best water pressure, Although a lot was current and clean, like the tv and some furniture. The pool is a great concept with the option of indoor or outdoor and the gym was laid out well and equipment looked updated. The furniture around the pool was awful! The lawn chairs were sagging and torn, some were not usable. There is a bar but it did not open until 5, it would be nice to have service out there during the times that the pool is being used. There was also no other option for beverages, the restaurant bar didn't open until 3 or 4. There was no option for some shade like umbrellas, there was a "tent" with a round table underneath but umbrellas for the lounge chairs would be a good add. Overall, I will be back, hoping that they have plans to renovate some of these areas.

Amazing hot tub!

The hotel staff and amenities were amazing! We loved every minute of our stay that we booked an additional day. Our favorite was the hot tub and vibe in the pool area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Room was clean. Black out curtains worked well. Plenty of pillows and body towels. Not enough plugs & the ones there were in inconvenient, hard to get to places. The water was SO SOFT it took a washrag to get the soap off my skin. I think it was the worst I've ever had in that regard. And we were only given 2 washrags. Even washing my hands I had to use a washrag to get the soap off. Door stop was right in front of the closet door and impossible not to stub your toe on it when you were getting clothes out of the closet. I thought if I opened from the other side, but I had just as much trouble there, too.
