The restaurant in the hotel had very good food & nice pool area. My only complaint was the ac was a little too loud.

It was a nice hotel, good location, and relatively clean. The mattresses were extremely hard- like sleeping on bricks. I have not encountered this at other Marriotts. They only had one elevator running so it took a long time during peak hours and were often full.

This is one of the fancier hotels ive stayed at in a while. The loby was gorgeous as well as the very clean and open room. We had an issue shortly after arriving but the front office and maintenance were very quick and polite in making sure to solve it. Overall it was an amazing experience

The stay was overall really comfortable and nice. Just recommend that housekeeping restock what they need to and that the front desk maintain respect and courtesy to the guests. Some of them were really nice, but we did have one that was rude.

I had difficulties with a vehicle rental on the property that really causes me to waste about a day and a half of my trip. The front desk staff, Rudy Blunt, Madison Sorokin and two of the building engineers, Rey De Veas and Ronald Viguilla. were so helpful l couldn’t as thank you enough. I will recommend this property to others and will definitely stay here when I return to San Antonio. And to the Marriott front offices those in leadership, you have a wonderful staff. Thank you!

Everything was nice. What didn’t like was the left side of the bed was slumped and center was higher. Probably a heavy set person(s) slept on it. Maybe needs flip over mattress. However, I did sleep well.
