The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They appear to genuinely love the hotel and it shows. We loved our room and the bed was comfortable.

Cleanliness of the room/breakfast

The room was not thoroughly cleaned before arriving. There was dried up contact lenses left on the nightstand from the previous occupants as well as leftovers in the little fridge. Also, it didn’t seem like the hardware from the shower was cleaned well. One of the few hotels that I’ve had to stay at that does not offer free breakfast. Ended up paying I believe $22.95 per person for a breakfast that most hotels would offer for free.

Staff was amazing, gave us free cookies which were DELICIOUS. The hotel was clean and super fancy. Also very spooky vibes, being the 3rd most haunted hotel in the world. Right across from the Alamo.
