The sheets (bottom sheets) were not long enough to cover the matteress. Many cracks and missing paint. Everything was clean, smelled fine, cold air conditioning, friendly front desk.

Pillowcases were stained and dirty (yellow stains, black dirt... clearly not washed prior to my stay. When calling the hotel number to ask if late checkout was available, the call went to a call center, and the people at the call center hung up twice when they learned I was not making a new booking. I called three times and spoke with three different people. Selections to do other than make a new booking did not work. The call center personnel supporting this hotel were exceptionally rude, and a major contributor to my low rating. On the positive side, the gentlemen who worked at the front desk were both very nice. The building appears to have been recently remodeled and although very plain, is in good condition. Parking space is plentiful. I will not stay here again, and recommend this hotel to no one. Dirty pillows make you wonder what else isn't clean, and the rude call center people made a poor first impression that lack of hotel cleanliness upheld.

I had to clean my motel room myself. Owner does not allow staff to use hot water and bleach/ soap to clean floors, tub, toilet and sink. The smell last time in the room was gross after the cleaning. After I cleaned the floor (after housekeeping cleaned it), the floor was filthy. My swifter wipes were dark from dirt.

Room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Owner was friendly. A lot of fast food restaurants and Starbucks just down the street. Right next to the freeway. I will definitely stay again.

Great value!

We needed a no frills value room while we were in town moving our son and family to the area. This was perfect. Super friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Fast food etc as well as Walmart near by so very convenient. We will stay again when we visit him.
